This is a nice looking toy although it's a bit fiddily at first to get the batteries in. You have to pull the two halves hard to get it apart and at first I thought I would break it doing this. Once assembled and in the bath it jets around and was greatly appreciated by our baby who is now 14 months and has had it since about 10 months. It has a tendency to seize up if left for a while without being used or the batteries being changed as I found out this morning. However after a bit of manipulation it seems to working again.

We purchased a Squiddy for our indoor pool and the grandchildren loved it. It went around the pool turning, diving and coming up to the surface. It was enormous fun BUT when we went to use it again the next day we found it didn't work. What the instructions failed to tell us was to remove the batteries when not in use and dry the Squiddy out. We put new batteries in and dried the Squiddy and it worked but rather an expensive way to use a toy having to replace batteries after every use unless you remove them!!!!!

The kids love this, and after a about 4 years of use, it's still going strong. On the odd occasion squiddy has been left in the bath for a couple of hours, and rather unsurprisingly got a little water in the battery compartment. But it's always been solved by taking the batteries out and leaving open on the radiator for a few hours.Great fun product, which had stood up to the test of time.

My mother gave this to my nephews for use in their pool. It was great fun and encouraged the kids to swim after it. We have just given it to a friend for his 45 birthday - again for use in a swimming pool. It swims fast and furiously all over the place. Delivery was fast and painless.

Like the shape, the speed, not too noisy... I personally dislike that one or two of the tails they are a litlle bit bended so the toy always tend to go into rightside. Not the perfect toy but any way ...

Toy works ok but it was a bit grubby in packet, would have sent it back if it wasn't a Christmas present and I had more time.Quite expensive with delivery charge.Four year old boy loves it!

Brilliant bath time fun. Can be quite difficult to open to put batteries in but that’s a good thing to keep the water out.
