After going to the chiropractic for x6 weeks and feeling no improvement, a friend asked me to try her' ball'. I threw my legs over , turned a few times., left and right and BEHOLD no more back ache! So I ordered my own ball! And I use it everyday! Nothing like having a big red ball in your living room! Even bought an additional for my son. By the way, it can be blown up with a bike pump. Be sure to follow instructions found on the internet as to how.

Bought this for wife while pregnant and she did spend some time bouncing on it. One of the few that comes in different sizes deppending on how tall you are. Quite hard to inflate to the correct size though, we had an electric car pump, but the pressure required was blowing the hose attachment off. We also had to use a tape measure to gauge when we had hit 55cm diameter.

Since the getting the gymnic ball my daughter has improved her posture immensely, she was born 3mths early has cerabryl palsy unable to sit un aided or walk, we are hopeful but having a simple piece of equipment like this is helping to strenghen her so much, I can't recommend this product enough for what ever you need it for you will see results.

Yes! My previous Gymnic ended up melting on the stupid baseboard heater (hate those!). This came quickly and was a really good price. I blew it up part way and let it settle as it was VERY folded! It's now inflated fully and works great. Best ball for spine health!

I use the ball not only in my work as a fitness trainer, but at home for myself. It keeps my back strong and my abs nice and tight. At age 76 my body is stronger now, because of the ball and the work I do with it.

My partner loves this ball, as it has made life easier during pregnancy. We would even have taken it along to use during childbirth were it not for the fact that the hospital has their own.

I use the ball instead of a chair in my office at home; mu husband has a posh leather chair, I have a plastic ball but it's apparently good for my back.

what can you say about a ball? feels like quality, so get what you pay for. 5 stars. i have a cheaper ball and you can tell the difference.

A must have for body mechanics. Increases flexibility and moves joints without weight bearing. Have had one on hand for 25 years!!

Great for exercise and really helped me recover from sciatica. My physiotherapist highly recommended one.

This ball is very ideal for a big person like me i.e. I weigh 98kg. Also it is good value for money.
