The order was delivered by Amazon on the next day as advertised.Pluses: high quality tap - all parts fit perfectly and the tap feels good when operated, smooth movements, impeccable water flow in both regimes; stylish brushed stainless steel finish - looks very nice in our kitchen with wooden worktop; comes with assembly kit and clear instructions for installation making it simple for DIYers, like myself, to install it (additional tools you need include 2 wrenches for tightening connections); prompt delivery by Amazon.Minuses: the extractable hose is 10cm shorter than it could have been for more comfortable use.

Very high quality feel to this tap. The finish is like brushed stainless steel, and looks like it will be very durable. Very good on-line instruction video for installation which was vital for our plumber as it has a complex assembly. Touch stop/start works fine and I find I only need to use the lever to override the automatic shut off. I have always wanted a tap that could be controlled by touch when my hands are dirty and this does the job. We have a combi boiler, and I do have to run the tap for some time to get the hot water to activate, but this I am sure if a side effect of water pressure/reduced flow through the tap linked to the combi, so this will need some adjustment.
