I'd like to rate this higher as the visual quality is good, but unfortunately there's a few of issues. This tap gives the lowest hot water flow of any mixer tap I've ever used. I've compared it against 3 other mixers I have at home and it's the worst. I'm trying to work out if it's an issue with my water pressure, as it does say in the instructions that it requires a minimum 0.5 bar (5 metres head) but other taps seem to manage so I'm not sure what is different about the design that would cause such poor performance. Secondly, the tap has a "stop" fitted so when the handle is pulled half way up, extra force is required to get it to go onto a higher flow.

We always buy Grohe, and always were happyOn this occasion, it arrived on time but when the plumber opened it found out the Convert ( he said ) was missing and he had to go to a plumber place to buy it and he charged us extra !!!!!!Also, there is no indication on the tap(The long part) for hot or cold sign???

I've had grohe products before but this item had to be returned as it was unusually faulty, ordered another from another seller as was needed urgently.
