I had one of these for my iPhone 4S and it lasted well, 'fairly' impact resistant, and whilst not exactly 'waterproof' you've just about got time enough to fish it out when you drop it down the loo, without any major damage, but you have to be quick! Anyway, my wife gave me her old 5C so I thought "Great, why not?" It does what it says on the tin right? Wrong.The case I bought said, "5/5S" on the sales info, and when it arrived, the fit was pretty tight, but they are anyway, so I didn't realise. I got it to fit eventually with much swearing, but the "volume" pop-up was permenantly on the screen. The trouble was that in removing the case to find out why, it sort of, um... didn't survive the process.

The only reason for purchasing another one is because the screen got quite scratched and could not see clearly through it apart from that I have dropped my iPhone quite a few times and it has survived every single time without any damage. Also this case does not affect the signal like some cases do. Thanks for a great item

I didn't buy this case for its looks I bought it for its protection capabilities and it really does the job well would certainly recommend this case for use in a harsh environment having dropped my mobile twice since I bought the case with no damage whatsoever to myIPhone so that says enough for me.

It has slightly different assembly to the last griffin I had, appears to be better, as the front cover clips into the rubber surround instead of a two piece plastic cover and then the rubber outer cover,

Bought for my son after he had the screen on his phone smashed at school when a ball knocked his phone out of his hand. Buying this is so much cheaper than paying the excess on the insurance again.

Got it for my son who is very clumsy he has drop the phone god know's how many times and the phone is still great best tough case by far.

Very good item it's quite stylish protects your phone very well so when you need sell your iPhone it still be as new

great casethe three moving part are no longer with the case after two years but it provided security for the phone.
