I bought this from another store. I have to say its a breeze to use. I have a front and back garden of about 300 sq Mtrs, and with the grass being over 30 cms long it had no trouble cutting it. The first time on the longest cut this used most of the battery power, and I thought it was going to be bad as it left loads of cut grass in lumps on the lawn. I knew about the mulching plug and had already removed it, but the reason for the clumps was basically it was too wet.Normally I can get half of the garden cut before our Green bin is completely full and that is when the grass is a lot shorter. After the first cut with the lumps of grass the bin was less than qtr full. Two days later i did the lawn still with the lumps of cut grass on the shortest cut and all the lumps were sucked up into the bag. Once completed lawn looked great, and still had room in the bin. The reason for this is the cuttings are a lot smaller so take less space. the garden used to take me 30 mins with the old petrol now it takes 20 mins. The mower is lighter and much more maneuverable then my propelled petrol mower. Yes its expensive in the first instance, but the cut is better, a recharge of the 2 batteries takes less than 2 hours. when the grass is shorter, I use about a third of the battery. It does not get buried when the ground is soft.

Arrived promptly and well packaged.Doesn't cut quite as low as I would have liked but I knew that before purchase from the specification. My lawns are very irregular in size, more patches throughout my garden, some on sloping land. In total I estimate about the size of 3 or 4 tennis courts. So far, it seems to take about 3 and a half battery charges to complete I think straightforward rectangular lawns would be much quicker. The mower will work with one battery so starting with both batteries charged, as soon as the first one is flat I put it on charge, when the second one goes flat I take a leisurely cup of tea. I have plenty of time but can easily cut all of the grass in the same day,if I was pushed for time and needed to get it all done straight away I would consider getting a third battery.Mower is easy to use (very light) and grass collection is good. So much less hassle than my previous petrol powered mower and much quieter. All in all I'm very pleased.

The only flaw is it doesn't cut as low on lowest setting as some might want and not as low as previous petrol, but handles long grass reasonably well. The auto change over of batteries is great as it means you always run the battery down to its best state for recharge. I get in the habit of rotating so as the discharged battery is removed from slot one, i put slot 2s in there then the recharged battery becomes the standby in slot 2 so they are getting equal use. Also avoids having two batteries partly discharged and running out of charge. Only tip is on wet or long grass, keep an eye on the discharge vent into the collector as grass and build up there and block it.

I bought this to replace one I had for many years and which unfortunately I managed to damage; entirely my fault. I have large lawns and therefore use two batteries each time. The only minor issue is that I would like it to cut a little closer; I therefore placed a washer under the blades and it's sorted out! You won't get stripes but the quality of the twin blade cut is excellent, and wide, saving time Make a note of which way the blade nuts are removed when it needs sharpening. One is clockwise and the other anticlockwise. I got it wrong, used too much force and caused the damage. Would I buy one again? Well I did, so that says everything.

Works really well. Batteries seem to last well. I will take both 2 amp and 4 amp. and you can put either one or two batteries in at once. Thoroughly good idea. Free from cords and no messy petrol engine. It is light and easy to push. The handle folds quite easily to fit in the shed well. Its not very noisy - much quieter than my neighbours mower and you can hear yourself speak over it. Multiple cutting levels are good. It cuts right the the edge of the wheels so little need for strimming. Love this so much I now have other tools in the range - and they are equally good.

I bought this for a section of field I rent around 1000 m2. This is great to use, so quick to set up, quite and effective. The mulcher works well and the basket also has a pop up to tell you when it’s full. Does as quoted on the advert, I can almost do my full field on the two batteries. I didn’t notice the mow hawk effect that others spoke about but I’m mowing a field not a nice lawn

I bought this, the strimmer and the leaf blower....... Well I wasn't disappointed. It makes cutting the lawn so easy. So pleased I ditch the petrol mower and went to battery.I have a 11m x 11m garden, With both batteries I can strim all the edges (including path, mow the lawn twice (2 height setting) and then blow any excess grass away.Would highly recommend this all three items.

Easy to use and ensemble I found buying the quick charger and battery separately better as if you buy with the charger it's the one that takes 3 hrs thats great if u have two battery's but as I just have one the quick charger that is easy to use comes with uk and European power lead easy to use and charges in 30 minutes

Good mower, well made, lightweight and easy to use but it's lowest setting still leaves the grass quite long (35mm). I have always understood that we shouldn't scalp our lawns they are healthies left a little longer but this is too long for me. I am looking for ways to make it cut shorter.

Submitted a query to the help line but never received a response, which was disappointing. The lowest cutting level may not suite some lawns as it is quite high. Saying that my lawn has never looked so green and lush. Because there is no rear roller you can get wheel lines when mowing.

I have half an acre of lawn and this mower copes admirably. OK - I mow half of it in one go then have a break for a couple of hours while the batteries recharge and then do the rest. For an average to large size lawn I'd recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous mower. Easy to use and handle. Has 2 small blades, putting less strain on the motors. Came with 2 batteries and charger. Will do both my lawns on one battery, whilst the other is on charge.Thank you Greenworks, has made mowing easy.

This mower is great as I used to have to fight to start my petrol mower. It is easy to assemble and easy to use. The only negative I would give it is that it would be nice if it had a shorter cut.

Used it for a couple of months. Heavy if you are lifting it but okay to push and I have a bad back. Easy to recharge and not too loud. This was a big investment for me and I am glad I got this.

Read lots of reviews and went with this over Makita because of cost and I did the right thing, copes with large lawn on one charge, easy to operate. Very happy with purchase
