This set is MUCH better value than Bendaroos (we have both) and comes with a board plus a resealable large storage plastic bag. Wikki Stix are virtually 98% identical to Bendaroos. The wax layer is slightly thicker on these sticks (still we are talking fractions of millimetres here) but they are just as flexible, colourful and fun. I wish I'd never bought the vastly overpriced Bendaroos now which for comparison came in a tiny brown cardboard box (no effort on packaging whatsoever) and were shorter.My three children aged 4-9 have all enjoyed playing with these, they leave no mess, stains or residue and have been stuck to doors, walls and picures with no problems.

I love WikkiStix, as a Mum of 2 and a nanny I find stuff like this great for keeping kids entertained without the mess of some craft products and without the use of tvs/computers etc..This set is brilliant as it comes with a special board to make your creations on therefore making it a good travel actvity too. My only gripe is that the board is poorly finished off..the tape around it hasn't been applied properly so is peeling making the board sticky. I have edited my review because of this as my original review was based on having had these before. I bought this for a little girls birthday so have only just opened the box. There are many uses for the stix from bending them into letter shapes,

I bought these for my 5-year-old who saw Bendaroos advertised on TV and liked the look of them. Having read the Amazon reviews I decided to buy Wikistix instead. I presented them to her on holiday (no TV in the house) and she had hours and hours of fun with them. The only thing I would say is that although they claim not to leave any sticky residue, they are in fact a bit sticky. You do end up with tacky fingers and surfaces after using them, although this wipes off reasonably easily with a kitchen cleaner. Still, a really nice, neat alternative to play-doh which I would really recommend if you have a crafty, creative child.

I bought this to keep in my'grandchildrens amusement cupboard' for when they come and stay with me. I prefer to give them constructive and interesting things to do rather than to sit them in front of the television or computer.Initially it did not look very inspiring and expensive for what was in the box .... but once we got going and after reading some of the suggestions my grandaughter was inspired and really creative with her designs and construction, my slightly older grandson was not quite so enthused.

I bought these for my 3yr old and 5yr old to keep them entertained during the school holidays. They are a hit and both children find them easy and fun to use. The younger one found the templates that came in the pack useful while the older one prefers to do their own thing. You only need to hold the Wikki Stix in your hand for a couple of seconds and they will stick well to each other or just about any surface. I am very happy with the product and the price.

My mother bought some of these for my grandaughter. They are a simple but great idea. They can be used over and over again and never dry out. They are growing with her. She is almost 8 and now loves to design her own jewellery with her stix and then pretend to sell them in her exclusive store. Great for younger children too althought I suspect girls may prefer them to boys once they get passed 5.

For such an inexpensive toy I cannot believe how much these have been used by my 3 and 5 year olds. They are perfect for fine motors skills and creativity. They've been used around pictures and dot-to-dots, hats and socks have been made for the dinosaurs, they've been made into little people, animals and jewellery.I have been recommending them to friends, family and my patients!

My two grandchildren absolutely loved creating with these stix. Even my hubby created some great things and he normally hates anything to do with crafting!! They're really quite addictive and a source of great fun for all the family. It's brilliant, too, cos it does get the whole family involved together. Beats sitting glued in front of tv!! I would thoroughly recommend these.

Kept my nearly 3 year old busy for hours on a long trip. She had great fun bending them into different shapes, sticking them to the playboard, counting them, straightening them out again and then trying to guess what mummy had made with them! They come with a handy storage bag and they really don't leave a mess. Well worth it and they make nice gifts too.

I bought this as a Christmas pressie for kids ages 4 - 7 and they seemed to gest a lot of enjoyment out of it. The adults had a go too which added to the enjoyment. When I visited in August I saw this was still being used. It might be that the parent circulates the kids toys but it was encouraging that it was being used 8 months after Christmas.

We bought this for a very long journey and 2 week holiday in Bali. It's absolutely brilliant, such a simple idea but everyone from my 3 year old son to 70 year old father in law loved making pictures with it. Part of the joy is the feel of the wikki stix. Only drawback is putting the stix back onto the plastic backing to keep them all together.

Big choice of colours but leaflet is giving you only a few ideas.Anyway I ended up to invent myself something on my kids request. Good clean fun.Minus is that after some days usage I noticed wax is getting dry. And I always put it back to the sealed bag after playing. So don't know how long more it will survive.

I have never seen this product before but was going on a 29 hour flight with a two year old so was willing to give it a go! It is brilliant and had my 2 year old entertained for ages. A very creative promoting product. Also the sticks have many other purposes which you can read about in the instruction manual.

Good not as good as Waxidoodles in my opinion neway not as waxy and malleable but the board and activity sheets included are a great idea and my 6 Year old daughter has not lost interest with this gift almost a month after Christmas
