This product is awful. I do not normally write reviews, and generally speaking I am 100% happy with everything I have ever purchased from Amazon - but this product is so bad I had to share my experience so that nobody else wastes money on this.I will start with the design faults before moving on to the real issues of quality.So - the porch area. This is ill-conceived as it requires the use of two poles to support - poles with spikes on the end, which, as you can see form the picture are near guy ropes... On top of this, if you want to access the tent, you need the porch up - which is fine, unless it is windy or raining (or both...) when you really need the porch down and closed...Secondly the ventilation flap at the front is a nice idea,but not great in practice when it won't stay closed in any kind of wind.Finally, the outer skin is not significantly larger than the inner, so the tent becomes practically useless in any kind of wind and rain.Now on to the quality:* One of the poles broke when placed into the groundsheet eyelet under normal tension* The same eyelet snapped when the pole had been repaired with gaffa tape and a peg was inserted to pin the tent down* All but one of the outer skin peg "loops" pulled away from the material of the skin when the tent was pegged* The porch zip was broken on removal from packaging (one side of the track was not in place)Normally, I would have spotted these before I was campling in wind and rain for four days, but due to my normally excellent experience with Amazon purchases on this occasion I didn't pre-pitch the tent and discover these fauts so ended up having a damp and uncomfortable weekend campling. DOnt spend your money on this product - there are better products and better quality ones at that available for very similar money.

I bought this tent for V festival.It poured it down one of the nights and the tent did stay waterproof which I was impressed off, since it really did hammer it down! I would give it 5 starts for being waterproof, however the design of the front door was rubbish!It has like, this little cat flap! As you can see it has a little "doorway", which I did like about the tent when I bought it, I imagined sitting there chatting with my friends, having a drink, but it completely closes you in, no problem i thought, I'll just pin it out the way, however there was no way of pinning this out the way!You had to take down the polls every night before you went to sleep to zip up the cat flap - otherwise you just had a mesh,so in the morning it was a nightmare trying to get out the tent, because the cat flap would be partially zipped, and you couldn't undo it without falling out the tent, so you would have to get on all 4's like army camando and crawl out the tent on the wet muddy grass. Even my friends who tried to get in and out couldn't without crawling around on the floor.Safe to say I left this tent behind, I would never use it again due to the cat flap! If you were able to pin the flap out the way, it would have had a 5 star review, but the last thing you would to do in the morning after camping, when your freezing cold and need the loo, is crawl around on the wet grass in your only pair of dry pyjammas!
