First impressions of this pushchair are very good and I am impressed with how light and zippy this actually is. The pushchair is so light and easy to steer that I can actually push it one handed whereas I would never have been able to do this with my old one. It is also very light when carrying so much so that I can actually carry it one handed. My husband advises me that this is his favourite pushchair we have had over the years and he was even more impressed with the fact that it literally took under 5 minutes to assemble out of the box without having to look at the instructions. All you have to do is open it up, attach the front wheel, attach the back wheels (which are one piece and so are easier than two separate wheels),attach the hood and then go around closing the few poppers under the shopping basket and few poppers that connect the hood to the seat then the pushchair is completely built - it is that easy. The seat fully reclines to a lie flat position (it is a drawstring system at the back of the seat and is very easy to use) and so is suitable from birth and in fact the enclosed instruction manual (which we eventually glanced at as didn't need it to build the pushchair) advises that the pushchair is suitable from birth yet the main product page advises 6 months and I have raised this with Amazon for them to check and correct as necessary. I do think the pushchair is intended for use from birth as I haven't seen one with a full lie back feature that isn't as this seems to be the criteria for one to be suitable from birth.I really like the contrasting five point safety harness and the colour (we have the berry one), which I think is unisex and in fact I have had no problem putting either my daughter or my son in this as I think it suits either of them just fine. The basket is a really good size and I am impressed with how big it is and it is ideal for getting a fair bit of shopping in plus our changing bag. Our old buggy (OBaby Atlas) had a basket underneath but by the time you put your changing bag and the raincover in there it didn't leave much room whereas this has lots more space. One other thing I like about this pushchair and this may seem a bit weird to any new parent is that the raincover is included. The amount of times we (hubby and I) have looked at pushchairs/buggys between the two little ones we have and there hasn't been a raincover included despite us living in Britain where it rains a lot. Sorry rant over! The front wheel is lockable so you can either have it as a swivel wheel or locked into place but we prefer the swivel setting. The pushchair has three height positions for the harness so it grows with your child and the seat itself is really nicely padded and comfortable with two extra side padded wings for extra comfort. The hood extends quite a fair bit which I like as it helps provide extra shade without having to immediately use a umbrella. My one negative with the hood and where Graco could improve it in future is if they included a parent viewing window in the hood as these really are nice once you are already used to them. The wheels appear to be hard rubber with a little bit of give in them which I would imagine helps make this pushchair the smooth ride it appears to be. It is a one handed close system whereby you push the button in and twist the handle and I have to say this is one of the easiest one handed closes I have used. The handlebar is also nicely padded for comfort.I shall update the review after I have taken it away with us when we go away for a few days but first impressions are that it is really good. I also like the sporty three wheel design. Any questions re the pushchair don't hesitate to ask in my comments and I shall try to help as I normally check my comments regularly.EDIT 20/09/2014:-We took this pushchair away with us recently on holiday (we used this for our toddler son and another for our baby daughter) and I have to say how easy this made life whilst we were away. It isn't the smallest folding pushchair we have ever used (as in it is not one that is long and thin as it closes in a small square area) and so was a bit bulky for travelling but wow when pushing it up and down some of the hills etc this really came into it's own as it is so incredibly easy to push with very light steering. The basket fitted so much more in it while we were away than I thought it could and had put in it when using it at home and so it managed to take an extremely bulky changing bag along with other items such as coats and hats etc. I have to say I am even more impressed with this stroller now I have used it away from home than I was just using it at home and I didn't think it was possible to be more impressed. Brilliant and very nippy lightweight pushchair ideal for home AND travel and extremely light.

Simply fantastic. UPDATE: even almost a year later this looks fab and is still in fantastic condition. We struggled with our pram travel system, it was awkward to put away, and was getting damaged because of that and took up an entire boot (meaning buggy in boot shopping round everyone's feet and seats). I admit I was seduced by the legacy of the brand when I bought it and regretted the purchase.I am so pleased amazon offered this to to review as it was an answer to prayers. It took less than 5 minutes to get out of the tiny box and fully assembled- click, click, poppers and you're done and ready to go.The most difficult bit was my hubby finding where the poppers click in as it's hidden in the bars so I'm very happy. It folds completely in on itself so no separate bits to remove and store and goes pretty flat for a pram/pushchair.This really lives up to the claims of a compromise between the sturdiness and comfort of a travel system and the ease and portability of an umbrella fold.I can assemble and collapse this with my daughter in my arms, something I could not with the previous as you had to separate the seat from the chassis. It is VERY sturdy, I can push this one handed happily, and whilst a bit heavier than my other one, it's barely noticeable. The wheels can be set to straight or multidirectional which helps when you need to weave about! It is more difficult to tip up curbs than my old system as the brake bar is set so very low to the ground, but it is not undo able, and I felt my daughter was more secure when I did tip up than in her old one.The brake is easy to put on and off even in flip flops, however I do wonder if it was a bit plasticky and you can physically move the pram forward while the brake is on (wheels don't turn though) so you do need to be careful in windy environments or near heavy traffic or on a train station. My daughter is actually more comfortable in this than in her previous chair which was over 4x the price. The seat is so easy to adjust up or down and is able to be set at the perfect angle for baby, not where the notches are set as you adjust the angle of the chair by pulling or releasing drawstrings, much easier than the 'pushing buttons at the right depth and exact same time whilst twisting' shenanigans other systems do.It is also GORGEOUS, we have the grey and berry version which is just beautiful, and set off by the almost neon yellow straps which are just the right tone to not look over the top or cheap. This pairing would be unisex, the berry is just grey enough to not look girly and I'd have no hesitation pushing a boy if I had one in this meaning it could serve more than one child. It also has a VERY generous shopping basket- the once on my last system resembled a pixies' teacup. I can actually fit real things in here, including the raincover which is included. The rain over isn't great as you can't unzip a bit when you get into the shop you have to leave it on or take it off which is a PITA.A minor disappointment is there's no cosy toes included but we did just fine with blankets during the winter. My only gripe with the pushchair is minor and very personal as many of my friends disagree. I would personally not put a child younger than 12 months in this as both I and my daughter preferred face to face contact, which my previous system allowed me even with the buggy style setting. This only gives you an outwards option which is fine for older or very confident/independent children, but my daughter wasn't ready for it until recently. However, you apparently do get this option with the full size Evo which is quite different in design and more closely resembles my old travel system. This is in all a fantastic system that is comfortable, easy to use and sturdy from a trusted brand at a really good price for what you are getting. This pushchair is perfect for children over a year and is perfect for public transport (one handed collapse and assemble whilst holding wriggling babe) and also if you have a smaller car but still want a quality pushchair.Nearly a year later it has knocked the socks off our first travel system for its longevity, ease of use and comfort. Super!

Firstly I thought it would be a good way to write my review for this product by assessing the products ‘Main features’ as they are displayed on the page.Main Features• Lightweight (only 6.2 kg) – It is easily carried or lifted when folded flat, the material is lightweight and all the framework is tubular so weighs very little.• Super compact – This can mean different things for different people, its lightweight enough to make it very manageable when folded flat and it easily fits in the boot of a car, but the dimensions flat are still quite large it’s the size of a small suitcase if you were to take it away on holiday with you. Here’s an idea Graco – why not sell a small case / portable holdall /canvas bag so this pushchair could make it safely in one piece on and off airport luggage carousels?• One-hand fold – Yes it’s quite possible to fold flat triggering the two part mechanism with one hand is easy for an adult.• Suitable from birth until approximately three years – From birth I would be less keen as the padding of this pushchair is limited, my 12 week old nephew however a little more robust was more than happy and comfortable in it. From my memories of using this style of compact pushchair with our children in came in very helpful at the toddler stage, ideal to put them in after they tired of walking. My favour feature of this pushchair that would be ideal for a toddler is the foot rest area, the material is very hard wearing, it will resist multiple wipe downs and the shape and design of it works really well.• Multi position recline to lie-flat – A very easy adjustment from a double drawstring allows for whatever angle suits your child at different ages, the decline is just as easy.• Large shopping basket – The shopping basket is more than ample, held in place with press studs you could get a couple of shopping bags in there or a day’s baby supplies.• Includes rain cover – I really didn’t like the rain cover and I would say it’s the only thing that lets down the overall package, I didn’t like the basicness of its design and a compartment to store it when not in use would have been useful.. I think an extendable canopy section, waterproofed with a window would have been better, if this were somehow possible?• Multiple colour options -- limeade and berry – We have the berry, A grey frame with burgundy seat, complimented by bright lime green straps and stitching– I like it a lot. It’s bright enough to stand out and look good and its dark enough to hide any spills or dirt.Assembly of the pushchair was really easy and if you are a little lost at any point, the 25 step picture guide in the hand book is clear and useful. All aspects of the frame, canopy, basket, wheels and braking system are really sturdy and solid offering a reassurance when in use, sometimes lightweight can mean flimsy certainly not in this case. My second minor gripe which is probably personal to me is I’m not keen on the design of the wheels, although lightweight and sturdy, they are a bit plastic and the tyres could have done with some tread. All in all this is a fantastic and portable pushchair, I’m sure it will be long lasting and offer decent comfort and protection for little ones. The design and colours look great and the price tag I feel offers good value for money.

Loses a star because the stated measurements are misleading as they are without the wheels attached.Amazon kindly offered this free to me to review, so I thought I'd compare it to a Quinny Zapp, which is one of the smallest folding pushchairs you can get - capable of being carried on as hand luggage - and from the specifications similar to the Graco mini.Quality of the Graco is good and it didn't take long to put together, though the instructions are not very good - very basic. It's a very simple folding mechanism, push a button, fold until locks and go - but I found the front wheel must be loose, not locked as per the instructions, for the frame to lock. The Berry colour is more on the purple scale than the pictures imply It's still a nice colour but it's more Ribena than BordeauxWheels are on the smaller side, so for smooth surfaces and pavements only though I imagine a bit of smooth grass would be fine - I use mine to get my son from my parking spot to his nursery and it's fine for that. The recline took a bit of getting used to as I've not seen this design before - uses a lace system to make it infinitely variable. It's flexible but a bit vague and I worry a bit about it getting loose but it's worked fine so far.Folded up, with the wheels on, it's actually quite large - and this is where I am disappointed at the Amazon/Graco listing. All the sizes quoted above are with the wheels OFF the buggy. It's 61cm wide, 89cm long and 45cm high with the wheels on, which is quite different to the quoted figure. I feel this is disingenuous.Compared to the Zapp, it therefore is much larger. Quinny quote their figures all in - wheels included. I would say the Graco is a similar length but it's twice as wide and high as the Zapp. The Graco is much easier to fold than the Zapp though. Once unfolded they are much the same in terms of comfort, finish, belts etc.Looked at on its own, this is a really good, light pushchair for short journeys and so on. It will fit in pretty much all car boots and the finish and build quality is good.Do not buy it though if you're thinking it's an alternative to the Quinny Zapp - on paper they seem similar but is much more like the Zapp Extra in reality.

I've been a parent for 8 years and Graco pushchairs are the best I've ever had in terms of longevity and practicality. Our first was the mirage travel system back in 2006, used for 2 children and sold in 2012. However, i wanted something smaller and lighter for my 22 month old son who has grown out of his pushchair because it was too narrow. After much research and 4 different pushchairs/strollers bought and quickly sold in the last few months I found the Graco Evo Mini.Very sturdy yet lovely and lightweight.Easy to push one handed.Easy brake system.Large shopping basket, gets 3 school bags in easily and shopping too.Easy fold, there's a knack to keeping the handle bar and seat off the floor when folding, sort of keep it standing up when you fold.Really long straps, feed through from rear of pushchair so you can change length and height.Nice wide padded seat, must be comfy because my son chooses to sit in this rather than on the sofa nowEasy clean/quick dry fabric (sponge clean only)Nice tight turning circle in small areas like corner shop aisles.Handles well in shops, on pavements and across stony paths and bumpy parks. (We have two dogs and spend a lot of time going through fields and parks, its never going to beat a huge pneumatic tyre but it's not designed to. If you get really stuck, make the toddler walk and carry the pushchair, it's light enough)Good for public transport as it is narrow and compactlovely bright colour although this could also be a negative. With our outdoor lifestyle it has got rather dirty and although it has cleaned well I do wish I'd gone for a darker colour just to keep it looking newer for longer.easily adjustable seat despite the drawer string, ive had issues with drawer string seats previously but this one has two strings that you tighten like a knot in a shoelace, pulling both together to sit the seat up. lies down enough that my son slept in it comfortably for 2.5 hours. In the unlikely event that I have baby number 4 I shall be sticking with evo mini, that's how impressed I am

This is a great pushchair! It has (almost!) everything I was looking for in a new lightweight pushchair, and it is at a great price. It is very lightweight and easy to carry around when folded, whilst carrying a baby / toddler. It is very easy to fold up and lift into the boot of a car one-handed, but there is no risk of it folding accidentally as there is a thumb catch. I find it slightly awkward to unfold as the catch is on the side, and I struggle a little to do this one-handed. I like that you don't have to remove anything to fold it up and it is very compact once folded - even with the rain cover in the storage basket. The basket is large and reasonably easily accessible. The bar handle makes it easy to steer one-handed, but of course you can't hand shopping bags etc on it. The drawstring recline system is good in that the backrest can be reclined to any position, and it is easy to recline the seat one-handed, but I struggle to raise the backrest sufficiently unless I use both hands on the drawstrings. The ride seems comfortable and smooth and my baby is very happy in the pushchair and also sleeps soundly whilst being pushed around. The rain cover is well designed, is easily fitted and covers the whole pushchair including the hood. The berry colour is a lovely deep pink / purple colour: whilst I have this for my son, I think it is possibly more suitable for a girl.Pros:- Lightweight but sturdy- Manoeuverable- Easily folded and lifted with one hand- Does not need to be dismantled to fold- Large shopping basket- Comfortable for the baby- Decent rain coverCons:- Slightly awkward to unfold with one hand- Backrest tricky to elevate with one hand- Bags can't easily be hung on the handle barOverall, I would definitely recommend this pushchair.

We have been using this buggy for 2 weeks now. We have a Petite Star Zia buggy - which is similar in style and price - so I will be making comparisons at times between the two.Things I LOVE:The handle. It is very easy to steer one handed which is very useful with a pre-schooler as well as a toddler. You can still hold a hand - something I missed with the Zia. However, it does mean you can't hang bags on the handle, unless you purchase a hook/carabiner for this purpose. The ENORMOUS basket. The basket on the Zia is tiny and barely holds a thing. We went to the market last weekend and bought two big bags of fruit and veg. They handed them to me and it was then I realised that I did not have individual handles to hang them on.I was amazed when they both fitted under the buggy. Similarly, my changing rucksack can't be hung on the buggy but does fit underneath. It folds down very easily and can be done one handed. It is light (although not brilliantly small - see things I can't stand)Things I CAN'T STAND:The Zia folds down so small - a must for my very small Peugeot 207 boot. This buggy folds down easily and very flat but it is much wider and only just fits in my boot - the wheels have to mount the rubber seal of the boot slightly. The bottom strap of the harness is so short. My 2 year old is an extremely petite 25th percentile child - and it is tight around her nappy. When her nappy is full it kind of wedges the nappy into two halves. I am still fiddling around with loosening the other straps to try and help with this - but no luck yet.Should you buy this buggy over the Zia or similar? It depends on what you value in a buggy and this one does have lots of good points. If the strap wasdn't an issue I would give it 5 stars.

The pushchair was very quick easy to assemble. It is a lovely colour and I would use it for a boy or girl.It is light and beautiful to steer. I often use only one hand as I'm holding a pre schooler in my other hand and I can control it with no problem-great swivelly front wheel! It is very stable and certainly doesn't feel like it would tip over easily. It also doesn't fall backwards if the child gets out and your bag is on the back like other strollers I've used! I like the bar handle as opposed to two separate handles. The seat is very spacious, even when my 4 year old hops in to sneak a lift she is not cramped and doesn't look too big for the space. It also has a very large basket underneath, which is so handy. The hood extends well to shade from sun or a quick shower and the recline is easy to use. I've never used one with a toggle before but I've found it simple enough and had no problem.I can fold the pushchair down easily with one hand and whilst not as small as an umbrella fold, it is fairly compact, it stands up when folded and it is light to pick up and chuck in the boot. The only problem I've had is with the rain cover. It fits beautifully and I can position it around the front wheel without too much trouble but it is tricky to reach to do up the button to secure it and impossible to undo it! In fact, the second time I used it I had so much trouble opening the popper that it popped off and now I can only secure the rain cover by hoping the elasticated bit clings on around the bottom (it does until my daughter kicks it off!).Over all, I'm pleased with my purchase!

Firstly, this buggy is extremely easy to assemble; the instructions were very simple but clear, it was assembled in under 2 minutes!- It's very light therefore can easily be picked up- Rear wheels are a bit wide; I think they'll be fine on a bus but worth checking- Mainly plastic construction but feels sturdy enough- Comes with a canopy and raincover- Large storage area under the buggy- One of my favourite bits is that the seat back is reclinable using draw-cords, which means you can recline to any angle you want (although it doesn't go totally flat)- Has a 5 point harness which is fine, but I did feel the card between the child's legs was a bit too short; all harnesses are adjustableSomepoints to note:- Centre of gravity is a bit towards the rear; therefore if there's no child in the buggy and you have things hanging off the handlebar then it's possible it'll tip backwards- When you fold it, it folders outwards so that the seat lining is exposed; I wasn't too keen on this (other pushchairs fold inwards to protect the seat cover)- Handlebars not height adjustable but they are a decent height therefore shouldn't be a major issue.I've only just started using this so it's early days but so far quite impressed, it's definitely something I'd want to travel with; I'll come back and update the review at a later date.

This pushchair is nearly perfect. Its light, easy to fold & unfold very easy to manoeuvre and has a great size basket underneath. Four things that let it down are. A window in the hood to view my granddaughter would be great instead of having to stop & peer round the hood (trivial)The rain hood is a right pain to put on. Trying to fasten the strap with press stud on around the front wheel is very fiddly plus if theres any dirt on the wheel your hands get filthy. In fact by the time you've managed to fit the cover on the entire pushchair your drenched! Also it would be much better if you could remove the liner to wash it instead of only being able to wipe it as its sown in.I think on examiningit the entire fabric can be removed from the frame but knowing my luck it would shrink or go out of shape & so not fit again.Lastly & l feel the worst it isnt the most stable of pushchairs.Turning while going up a slope it has several times nearly tipped over & once while parked(brake on) I was picking up a toy & it went over. There was a slight camber to the path & l dont know if she'd try to lean out looking for the toy(shes 18 months) but still feel it shouldnt have gone over.Luckily although shocked (me to) she was unhurt.I now always make sure l only let go of it on perfectly flat surfaces.

I recently tested out this buggy as part of a session for Amazon reviewers. Everyone in my group was extremely impressed with the value for money it offered and felt that it would make an excellent second buggy for keeping at a grandparents house. The front wheel can be set to either lock and stay in a forward facing position or swivel and turn with ease. The mechanism for folding is one that I had on a rival manufacturers buggy when I had my son a few years ago. You simply pull a handle across the middle of the seat and the buggy folds in half horizontally with no effort at all. This easy folding mechanism would be a particular bonus if as I mentioned before it's the buggy you intend to leavewith grandparents!Another bonus is that the braking mechanism is operated by foot which leaves your hands free for other things. Unfortunately there is one downside which is the handlebars are not adjustable. I'm 5ft 8in and this would completely rule out the buggy for me as I had to hunch over to push it.However a real good economical choice of buggy though I would caution against buying it as a first purchase for a first baby as I suspect it won't stand up to heavy wear over many years. The more expensive buggies do seem very pricey but tend to last the distance over multiple babies.

This is an absolute gem of a product. I had a travel system for my son from birth but over time it became quite cumbersome to use and after much research I bought a Graco Evo Mini when my son was about 9months old. It looks very sleek and stylish, is very easy to fold and folds down quite compact. The basket is VERY spacious and well designed that you can load and unload very comfortably. It is sturdy and yet very light and smooth to manoeuvre, even with just one hand. The raincover is well designed so not a drop can get through to my son and he is cosy inside even when its pouring outside. We bought the nice and bright limeade color and so far there's been no fading. The only cons I'd say are the raincover button at the bottom wheel can be a tight to unbutton and that the pushchair doesn't come with a footmuff, neither is a matching footmuff available separately. So will have to buy a different brand footmuff for the winter. Since my son was older by the time I bought it, I didn't mind not having a peep window in the hood or that there is no rear facing option.

I'm going to put the only negative to this pushchair first- it really needs a handle/grip for carrying it when it is collapsed down. (It is light but a little awkward. Still manageable though. )Now to the reasons you need this. Out of the box and in less than 10 minutes I had it put together and the rain cover attached. Light weight. Streamlined (as my husband calls it). Incredibly easy to manouvere. I was expecting it to be complicated to collapse down but no- one handed or two, very easy!My little boy is 90cm tall and he still has lots of room in the seat and he told me it is more comfortable than his old pushchair. The basket underneath is a very good size, especially compared to a lot of newer model lightweight pushchairs.Plenty of room for a coat, school bag, lunch bag and a couple of bags of shopping!Suitable from 6 months with plenty of recline options using the drawstrings. The handle bar is well padded too, making it comfortable for pushing.

This is a very good compact pushchair that is ideal for nipping out quickly or going on the public transport. It says that it is suitable from birth (although the comparison chart shows that this one is suitable from 6 months), but I prefer to use this with an older baby as this pushchair only has 2 positions (reclining to flat, and sitting facing outward) and for a younger baby I prefer to see her and therefore would have preffered the possibility of an extra sitting position which is facing toward me. Other than that, it is lightweight yet sturdy, easy to use and it has a big shopping basket at the back which is always handy. I also like the raincover which is a must have with our british weather. All in all, I really like this pushchair and am glad that it is suitable for up to 3 years as it is a very handy pushchair to have and I plan to use it often.

Have had this pushchair for a while now so thought I would leave a review. It's sturdy and easy to push, even with an almost two year old in it. The basket is so spacious, you can fit so much into it. No creaky wheels or wobbling, it's as sturdy now as it was the day we got it. It's easy to fold up/down and the brakes are good. It has two down sides though. First, the straps are rubbish. It's hard to adjust them and they are quite fiddly so with a wriggly baby, watch out! The second down side and the absolute worst thing about this is that the raincover buttons behind the front wheel which is an absolute nightmare. The button is stiff and hard to do/undo,it's hard to hook it round the wheel and can sometimes take a bit of faffing, so when it's suddenly pouring rain I'm usually soaked by the time I've managed to button it, if I even bother trying.
