I have now sampled twelve varieties of the Gourmesso range and there isn't one I did not like. Even their Decaf tastes great. We usually buy Lavazza, San Marco or Segafredo to make a strong but smooth espresso-style coffee or cappuccino.Gourmesso offer a large range of roasts, graded for intensity from 3 to 10. I requested their strongest blends because that is the hardest test for coffee. Gourmesso passed the test with flying colours. Even the most intense, darkest roasts I tried (Etiopia Blend Forte and Messico Blend Forte) taste surprisingly smooth and not at all bitter. India Forte, Tarrazu Forte and Nicaragua Mezzo are full-bodied and velvety.

Being new to the coffee making machines. I thought I would try these coffee pods. Each sealed box comes with 10 pods each. On opening the boxes each pod comes sealed in plastic wrapping to keep them as fresh as possible. Opening each packet suddenly unleashes a beautiful rich coffee aroma you only experience in coffee shops (this is all part of the experience in enjoying a great cup of espresso coffee. In addition to the sealed bag each pod is further sealed across the top to prevent the coffee spilling out.I am a great fan of rich tasting aroma coffee, so the flavour of the brewed coffee was just right as a wake-me-up first thing in the morning. The full flavour being neither too weak nor overly strong that it starts to taste bitter.

I have a Nespresso machine, and was looking for a cheaper alternative coffee pod to the original - well I think I have found it here. Each box contains 10 pods. They are packaged in foil packs of two, so stay fresh. The actual pod has a foil cap. and a plastic base so the coffee grounds are well sealed in.Drop it in your machine as usual and the top is punctured in the same way. The coffee is strong and full of flavour, same as the original. The only thing I have found is that they sometimes don't down drop down into the bin part of my coffee machine all the way, and I don't realise until I go to do another one and my machine won't work.

Bought all the flavours 3 times in 5 months which says it all, they are great!!! My husband like a strong taste (maybe nothing quite strong enough but he likes them all the same) & I prefer all the caramel, chocolate & vanilla flavours, we are hooked & now drinking far too much coffee. The decaf is excellent also.

This coffee tastes amazing and now I will have a difficult time switching to anything else. For me it is better than Nespresso and I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates good coffee.

I have tried many different alternatives to pricy Nespresso capsules. The significant price advantage paired with perfect crema and excellent intensity make Gourmesso my preferred choice.

They work (pretty much all the time - but that is probably just our machine!) great in our machine, good product and coffee tastes good.

Actually these are ok, but still not as strong as I like my coffee, but did enjoy them anyway .
