I bought this ideally for cooking chicken fillets to save cooking time in my oven. It cooks the chicken brilliantly in such a short space of time. It does bacon fab too. It has a brilliant lever too where you can lift the top lid to put pizzas in it and the plate at the bottom cooks the base and the plate at the top grills the cheese etc.I don't know if its because its new but it does smoke a lot so if you are using it on a work top in kitchen be careful as the smoke comes from the back of it and it goes underneath your kitchen cupboards, which in time could create a lot of grease, but other than that it does exactly what it says.Overall really good.

This little grill cooks so fast that all of the juices are quickly sealed inside the meat. It's easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth while it's still warm. It's a brilliant bit of kit and once you get the hang of estimating the rapid cooking time, you'll love it too. I was telling a mate of mine about it and I was enthusiastic about the little fat catching tray. He said, 'Nah, grills have always had those, they used to be called a slice of bread'.

Works well grilling food for two-four people at a time. Also grills cheese on toast - yum ! Quick to use and easy to clean - also no clouds of smoke as with an ordinary grill. If you want to remove fat, from beefburgers etc , it is very good at draining it .Faults - none - though early models had a design fault as the top plate element shorted out after much use - but this has now been fixed. When my first one died I replaced it with the same model.

This is my second model, 1st one still alive and kicking dispite being used many many times and incorrectly cleaned ?This latest model is better designed, easy to handle , looks good and stores easily , by standing upright, there for always ready to use. As an ex professional chef , the need to have healthy food, the designed of this grill makes this happen and people suprised at the speed in which the assorted food is cooked.

excellent grill,quick and efficient, and healthy for you ,as all the fat runs in the tray.you don;t need to put your oven on and it is so very easy to clean.it heats up quickly and your food takes just minutes to cook and there is no greasy oven to clean.i personally like chicken cooked on it,because it is moist and keeps all the juices in the meat.i was so impressed by it, that i bought one for a friend, and she also likes it.

Little life saver. It cooks real fast and the food taste is better. Handy drain tray is also dish washer safe so that's a pluss. I eat a lot of chicken and steak and this is great as I can quickly prepare my meals the night before. Only thing that I'm not fond of is cleaning it, but when its still warm is the beast time..... Just a heads up.

I saw a video on youtube and they used foil to keep the grill clean - works well. It roasts vegetables beautifully even without oil. I cook frozen veg and it will heat food. Love it!

Really easy to use & clean, I love the elevated top of the grill, garlic bread comes out amazing. The plates could be slightly bigger but overall would recommend this product.

I bought this as a Christmas present for one of my family and they are really pleased with it. They found it quick and easy to use and much healthier than a normal grill.

Great grill does the job brilliantly but only downside which I didn’t read up was about cleaning not the easiest...but apart from that amazing product.

Brilliant, we use it all the time, you can even make cheese on toast with the thing! so easy to use, definitely a must have in the home!

easy to use, healthy eating,quick to prepare a meal.only dislike is its a bit small, should of gone for a bigger one.value for money.

Had a smaller one years ago.This one I can cook for four people. I find it much easier to clean and it does more than griling.

A little disappointed in the size, not what I would call family size BUT it does a great job and so easy to clean.
