I bought this sleeping bag to replace my old one, also a Gelert, which had lasted 10 years. I am a guide leader and often go on upwards of 5 camps/overnights each year, both indoors and outdoors. So I really need good quality equipment and this qualifies. I am quite tall (5'11'') and not the slimmest but this bag has lots of room.I have only used it once so far, on an indoor overnight to Stirling, Scotland in November and I was cosy all night long in a unheated Scout Hall. Will have to see how it stands up on outdoor events but I don't see there been any problems at all with it.Here's hoping it lasts the 10 years my previous one did!

I bought this sleeping bag for my boyfriend, who is quite tall and often moans sleeping bags aren't long enough - but this one shut him up. It's big, warm and comfortable. It doesn't pack down to anything particularly small or lightweight, but it's easy to do.

Great sleeping bag kept me warm in very cold conditions although the feet section could have been better insulated. A great mummy sleeping bag form temperatures of above 5 degrees C

GREAT VALUE, VERY WARM (EVEN IN SCOTLAND CAMPING), LOTS OF DIFFERENT TOGGLES AND STUFF SO YOU CAN GET COMFY WITHOUT BEING RESTRICTED AND STRANGLED.5 STARS!
