This is a great looking frame which I have brought to display tickets from gigs in that my husband and I have been to as a surprise birthday present. The frame is really stylish and modern and arrived well packaged with a protective film on both sides of the screen which you then peel off and it also has four protective corners to stop the edges of the frame getting damaged. The finished product looks amazing (even if I do say so myself !) and is going to make a great gift. The frame is a really good quality and would be ideal for photos, posters, prints or for displaying tickets as I have done.

I was bought a personalised 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle for Christmas as once I had completed it, it was a shame to take it all apart so I decided to put it in a picture frame and hang it up. This frame seemed perfect after checking all the reviews, so I purchased itIt arrived in a massive box, but in one piece and very safe. Even the glaze had a plastic coating on either side that could be easily peeled off to ensure that there were no scratches.I would totally recommend this item to anyone, also to anyone who likes to frame a standard 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.Since leaving this original review, I have bought a second picture frame for another jigsaw puzzle, and it once again fits perfectly!

The frame itself, the speed of delivery and how well it arrived should receive at least 5 stars. Would it not be for the small metal type spikes that hold the picture in the frame. I don't know what machine they used to get them into the frame but without it there is no hope that you get them in again after you removed them to place the picture in. That's how I did it: I used very small picture nails (or pins), cushed them on a small pieve if card board (actually bits if the Amazon package) and pushed them in with the help of a pair of pliers. All good now.

I ordered a print from inthenightsky who design you an image of the stars, in your selected place, time and date (amazing gift) but i couldnt find a frame anywhere to fit.I then stumbled across this. Ordered. Was out of stock, no date could be given to when this would be in stock again. I wasnt bothered. I will wait.It finally came and it is a lot bettet than i expected. Fitted my print amazing and has since been up in the house.Apart from waiting (which i am not really bothered about, as i wasnt in any rush) it is a great quality frame.

A little bit flimsy but not bad at all for the price paid. Make sure to remove the protective film from both sides to get a clear finish. Size is perfect for a 1000 piece puzzle. There should really have been 2 hooks at the back to hang it instead of just one. I found it was a bit difficult for the frame to balance itself when hung on the wall but this was fixed by placing two very small nails on either side of the frame to stop it moving from side to side.

Clicked on previous frame that I ordered from the same place and last time it was a small plastic frame which was great and had 2 places on the back to hook wore through to hang for sturdy the one that came today was thick wooden frame which only slightly cuts off the edges of the puzzle and only has 2 hook to hang frame up. 1 for vertical and the other 1 for horizontal so not very sturdy to hang up will need picture hook screws to attach a wire on this one

I would have given this five stars at first, because it is just what I wanted: unusual size I found difficult to find, good quality, light, easy to put picture in and stylish looking. I've notice, though, that over the last month the upper part of the frame has lifted away from the rectangle, leaving an arched effect. I have used the provided hook on the back but will have to think of a way to get the picture shape back again.

I was largely happy with these frames. They were a good value solution to for some pictures to furnish my new apartment.Just a few things to note. The hinge needs to be folded up so you can get it on the hook - this probably should have been obvious at first but took me a mo. The glass (which is actually acrylic) has a film on BOTH sides which you need to peel off. It seems like it's not there but it is.

Was a bit worried ordering such a large frame online - would it survive transport? All was well and we finally have our lovely picture framed and on the wall. When I first opened the packaging the front clear plastic seemed terribly dirty, but it was just that protective film. Do make sure you check the instructions and remove all the film. Once fully unwrapped I was very happy with the frame.

When separated, the backing board and perspex cover seemed really flimsy and didn’t inspire confidence. But when fitted into the far sturdier oak frame, the final product is robust and secure. Purchased to frame some 1000 piece jigsaws, I quickly purchased a second frame as I was so happy with the first. Secure fixtures at the back allow for vertical or horizontal hanging.

As expected for these money: simple and did the job. Frame is sturdy enough and the backing seems good (has hanging tabs and everything). It did a fine job framing a puzzle, though the grooves weren't deep enough to include the thick puzzle, the backing and the plastic artwork shield. I ended up not using the plastic shield - puzzle has a nice texture anyway.

Ordered this frame for a poster received for Christmas, never tried a frame from Amazon or this frame firm before, I was impressed with the care of packaging when it arrived and the very speedy next day delivery, the frame itself was very good quality and a high standard of build especially considering the price paid, I would recommend

Very good size and struddy considering how big they are. The hanging clip would be my only grumble as when I went to hang it lengthways the clip bent. If you use the frame its self it will bend. I used 2 d rings on the sides and picture wire. Worked a treat! I have a large jigsaw puzzle in mine and looks stunning. Arrived well packed.

The product is 50x70cm, but it is absolutely NOT 45 x 40 inches.I obviously should have checked this more carefully, but as someone who is used to the imperial system (as stupid as it is) I didn’t think I’d need to check that the basic measurements were correct..!Good frame in general, but one of the measurements is innacurate!

This is a great frame, but do remember to peel off the polythene on the perspex.. I think it was both sides. It's not obvious (apart from not being crystal clear) that it has a protective film on it.It's easier to fit your poster if you remove the corner protectors, too! (duh)Great value for money, I shall use them again.
