LikesAppearance - the watch looks like a high end analogue watch - I have the silver version with the Milanese strap which is simply gorgeous. The display radiates beautiful reflective lines in certain light conditionsBuild quality - extremely high - stainless steel and sapphire crystal glass. Reassuringly weighty.Digital screens - these are normally completely invisible but come to life almost as if by magic with a tap of the hand and/or raise to wake (but see later under dislikes)Features - lots of them and the menus can be accessed quite easily through taps and swipes thought there is a fairly steep learning curve. There are too many to list but all the usual tracking and exercise features are present and correctInteractive hands - the way the hands operate depending on which smart features are being employed is extraordinary. One example, if you are operating the countdown timer the analogue hands move round the watch face, even if the digital display then goes to sleep. They also show the battery percentage when you check thatConnected GPS - works very well (but see under dislikes)Connectivity is rock solid so far (with Pixel 3a phone)The Garmin app - great if like me you are a data fiendDislikesSleep tracking is rubbish though that is the same on all Garmin devices, so it's not really a complaint against this particular watch. It basically does little more than give you an estimate of how long you remain in bed and if you are just lying awake it records it as sleep. Fitbit devices do this sort of thing far better.Expensive - though you are getting a very high quality watch with tons of smart featuresScreen activation - can be a bit hit and miss. That said, after a while you tend to get the knack better, so this will probably cease to be a dislike eventually. No GPS - not too much of an issue if you take your smartphone with you, as the connected GPS works really well. It might be a problem if you are a runner but I'm not, so not too bothered.Music controls - don't seem to work that well and doesn't seem to be any way of controlling volume.Limited range of available activities, though the main ones are covered. Can't add any other activities to the available listNot too sureBattery life - I'd say it should last about four days on a charge and it charges up pretty quickly, so acceptable. I haven't had the watch too long so may need to update this aspect.ConclusionA very fine hybrid smartwatch. If sleep tracking were better it would get five stars from me.

I’ve been using this watch for a few months now so feel I can give a decent overview. It’s very light which feels a bit ‘wrong’ to start off with but has been damage free so far. I’m quite tough on watches as I’m right handed and wear my watch on my right wrist. Most of my watches have been scratched or damaged due to this but this one has survived well so far. I bought this to stay within the Garmin ecosystem. I already use Garmin bike computers, lights and radar so it seemed sensible to just have one app to look after all my fitness stats. The app itself is very good and tells you everything you need to know. Only 2 negatives for app and watch:1. App has nowhere to add blood pressure.Very odd as most other health/fitness related stats can be added.2. Bluetooth connectivity of app and watch is unreliable at best. The watch shows as connected to my phone but then does not sync with app. Work around a include turning off bluetooth on phone and app and re starting or going into the pair phone menu on the watch. Bit frustrating but I can put up with it due to all the good points. The watch is also almost a dark brown rather than black/grey. I quite like it but others may not!!

The first thing to note about the Garmin Vivomove 3S is how nice the watch looks, from the soft strap to the shiny rose gold face it is definitely one of the slicker looking smart watches available. One charge of the watch will last more than a day which is the minimum I personally expect from a smart watch, the 3S has lasted up to two days easily.Vivomove have an app you can download to sync your data from watch to phone, the app is very easy to navigate and overall the setup of the watch was much faster than expected. The 3S records your steps, calories, heart rate and you can read messages/control your music from it.These features all use a digital screen which triggers a very smooth mechanic where the watch hands automatically move out of the way so you can use the touchscreen, the hands then reset after you've finished using the watch and this is personally one of my favourite features. The watch comes with a bit of a pricetag however after wearing it for just a few days it's easy to justify the price, overall a very good watch with no features to miss.

I love this!I have wanted a smart watch for ages, but really dislike the masculine look of the Fitbit and Apple Watch. My husband bought me this and it is fantastic. It looks like a ‘normal’ watch but has all the functionality of a smart watch. I have a metal strap (be careful - check the measurements before you buy!), and it looks lovely. The phone app is easy to download, sync and use (I have an iPhone). Lots of people have commented on its looks and how easy it is to use. Great watch!

I like the looks of my watch and the way it works. Unfortunately after buying even a glass protector I slightly bumped it and glass cracked. One or more customers complained about the same issue in reviews. The glass stands out and that is the reason why it happens. So so disappointed as I love my watch. I contacted seller on Amazon. Like all the others state. NO REPLY. No idea how I will get it fixed now.

Bought this as a Xmas present for my wife as I was a convert through the vivoactove 3. It is a good looking watch that doesn't look too 'sportswatch' whilst still tracking the usual fitness metrics. The functional display is very discreet too. The feedback to date from my wife is that it's a cracking everyday watch that is a much better option than her previous Fitbit.

I thought about this watch for some time, now I'm so glad I purchased it. Love the fact you can read the time with out tapping anything & in bright light. Choose your priority of what you want to keep track of. Nice straight forward app. Definitely a good investment.Battery life is reasonable last about 4/5 days but charges quickly

Really love this watch, I've got the 3S and it is great for reasonably small wrists. The Garmin connect app is good and I've had no issues syncing this with my LG10 phone.

This was a present for my wife. She is over the moon. All her text messages can be seen by a quick glance at her watch.

Good product, looks nice and the watch face isn’t too big. I would say for the features it is a little pricey.
