I love this watch. I've tried various watches over the years but this is my second Garmin and I'm glad I made this choice...The watch is lightweight and well built. It uses a button based interface rather than touch screen, which at first seems a bit outdated but actually for running or during other exercises, it's far easier to use. It's absolutely packed with features and the level of data and analytics it produces to be viewing in the app are incredible. It's highly customisable, too.

I’ve had a few GPS running watches, this is the best by far. Very quick and accurate GPS lock and HR recording. Also many other features like recoding reps for weight lifting and the music is very useful for exercising without your phone. Only downside for some might be as it has so many features then takes a few hours to learn how to use and set up the various widgets, screen faces etc. Also the battery lasts around 4 days which is not as good as other garmins which can last over a week.

This is my first running watch, which I bought for marathon training. Even though I did a lot of research & knew this was the watch for me, I've been pleasantly surprised. The Garmin features & learning how to use it took some time, but the performance is excellent. Battery life is huge, I can get 4 long runs out of it easily. Syncing the music with spotify was easy too & I havent had any issues with bluetooth headphones either. The garmin tracking & apps are first class as you would expect.

The vast number of features mean that this is good value for money. I've had the watch for a few weeks and the only fault I can find is that I'm still getting used to navigating the vast array of screens, settings & features that allow you to customise this impressive fitness tracker. I purchased this watch for running \ marathon training and can honestly say that it is money well spent - especially as it was purchased for a price way beyond what other retailers were selling for at the time.

I love this watch. I use it for running. I bought it because of the functions and the music. It’s great for listening to Spotify while running. I use it with Bluetooth headphones- Aftershokz bone conducting ones and it works great. It syncs with Strava to upload your runs. It tracks HR, sleep, steps, stress levels, training, recovery and much more. Charge lasts a few days and the watch doesn’t take long to charge up again. I have very small wrists and the watch isn’t too chunky. Very happy!

I purchased this watch after my son got one and found it to be really good. Having done some research I was aware of the functionality available. I'd identified that this was suitably detailed for me. I found it easy to set up via the mobile app which if you choose to dive into it has tons of data available. My headphones linked easily. With Strava and Spotify linked up I can run to my hearts content. The headphones aren't as easy to control via the watch but they work very well.

The watch is really helping with my fitness, looks stylish and is everything that I wanted. The fitness tracker is brilliant. I have used it for walking, running & swimming. It does everything I can imagine. It is so intuitive to use.It connects really well with my iPhone although has reduced features compared Samsung phones. The music is fab & connects to headphones easily. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a fitness tracker watch with a few additional benefits

This watch wil benefit a first time runner to an international runner. It was really easy to set up and use. It has its own built in heart rate monitor but I pair it with garmin hr-run heart rate strap for more stats. I also have a foot pod which ill use if I decide to use a treadmill or bike. It syncs with the garmin connect app on my phone. Ive set it up to pair with my Bluetooth bone conductor headphones. The transfer of music was done via my laptop. battery life is good.

I have had a few Garmin over the years and my last was the forerunner 230 and have to say the amount of extra features on this are amazing and the added bonus of music and spotify are a welcome touch so i no longer have to take my phone with me in solo runs, the only downside i would say is the battery does not last as long as other Garmins i have owned i exercise twice a day normally 1 gym session then run or cycle and the watch lasts about 3 days till you have to charge

I bought this as an upgrade from the TomTom Runner 3 as it was very well-reviewed and there are few other mid-range watches that come with music storage. It's certainly superior to the TomTom watches in style and comfort (it's so light, during the first few runs I thought I'd forgotten to put it on!), and also has added features (heart rate, fitness age, sleep tracking, fitness over time). I also use the swim function several times a week and so far it seems accurate.

The watch is excellent. Storing music from Spotify was straightforward with everything controlled via my phone and then downloaded to the watch, with about 40 songs taking a few minutes, then simple connection to wireless Bluetooth headphones. All of the functions are as I expected with lots of extra analysis tools through the Garmin Connect App. I'd highly recommend this watch for all levels of runner, but as someone who is past the beginner stage, it's ideal

I’ve had a couple of different running watches in the past and when it was time to upgrade I was looking for a watch with all the features that I had before plus the ability to play music. The 645 is perfect, not only does it do way more than my previous Garmins but the ability to go for a run with just the watch and my wireless earbuds without having to take my phone makes it perfect. It looks good, it works brilliantly and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

If you are a serious runner then this probably is a great proposition. If you are only just getting into it then probably a Fitbit is a better bet. I had one before this and I miss the very clean, simple interface. But the garmin has some great benefits; built in GPS being one of them. I’ve never used the garmin pay feature and found the music features clumsy (and don’t support Apple Music) so I should have got the lower spec version of this really.

I debated for some time over this watch. I asked a lot of questions and read a lot of reviews, although I don’t use the music feature I’m still glad I bought it. I previously owned the forerunner 235 but found that I had out grown it in terms of my own running and needed something with extra data and features to take my workouts to the next level. Tracking is accurate, features are easy to use and it has good battery life! Worth the extra cost!
