I don't normally write reviews but thought I would for this.Having looked at similar products on eBay, I bought this as it was next day delivery on prime and about £1 cheaper than eBay, unless I wanted 30-day delivery from China.Very surprised that they are genuine Garmin mounts. They come in a Garmin box as well.I was expecting just the rubber bike mount in a plastic bag of unknown manufacturer and origin. But they are genuine Garmin - I am still quite pleasantly surprised. Why doesn't it say this in the description, or did I miss that bit.I bought 2, as I have a road and MTB, but you could swap them if you don't cable tie them. For everyone worried about the fit, they probably will take all watches as they are wrist sized. Some watches with a shorter strap may struggle if you have really fat handle bars, bit a bit of manipulation with a Stanley knife should fix that.Did I mention that these are genuine, in a box...Photo shows box and mount with a FR645 attached.

Like many others, I'm sure, I got a bit frustrated with having to wear my Garmin Forerunner on my wrist when riding a road bike - bit difficult to see how fast you're going when you're hammering down a descent on the bike or read your heart rate on a steep climb, so this made life so much easier. The simple expedient of fastening it onto the handlebar using just the watch straps - don't touch the cable ties, they're completely unnecessary - meant that I had a readout of all the stats I could possibly want on the handlebars in front of me.If you use the Forerunner for cycling, I'd suggest this is a required piece of kit.Very easy to transfer between bikes - as long as you don't use the cable ties.

Yes it is on the steep side for a piece of formed rubber, but then i just spent £150+ on a vivoactive which i would rather not lose. Yes i could have bought a similar looking item for £1,99 or so elsewhere, (everyone's "favorite" marketplace, imported from China......). But having tried the cheaper alternative route for different things in the past.. Nah. Pay the money be assured of the quality. Hosepipe lagging just does not do it for me either. This works perfectly and will last forever. If you are not happy with the cost, do not buy it. Go Chinese. Simples.

If you've got the Forerunner 405CX or the 310XT, buying this will probably be a no brainer, especially if you have the cadence sensor as well. If you've spent that much on the watch, an extra tenner to attach it properly to your bike is nothing.I don't bother with the cable ties - instead use the watch strap itself to keep it secure. Fits well enough, holds the watch. Didn't really expect much more. Must admit I've not used it in a duathlon/triathlon race yet - don't really know how quick release it would be as it is a little fiddly to get it on.

Difficult to get too excited about a bit of rubber, however it has made my cycling much safer and more enjoyable as I'm now being able to just glance down and read my Forerunner 405. As mentioned in other reviews, there seems little point in using the ties as the Forerunner strap keeps the mount very secure and allows me to swap it between bikes. Very fast delivery and the only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is the price - whilst I now wouldn't be without it, it is still just a piece of rubber!

OK, so it's just a bit of moulded rubber, but fits on the bike easily and holds my Garmin Forerunner 910XT GPS Multisport Watch with Heart Rate Monitor securely without having to overtighten the strap. I haven't bothered with the cable ties - they really don't seem necessary. Previously I wore it on my wrist (obvs!) but getting the Garmin Bike Speed and Cadence Sensor made me want something that I could easily monitor while riding. At 6.99 I didn't think it was bad value.

I was looking for a secure way to fasten my forerunner 305 to my MTB whilst out on the trails. This item is perfect, easy to fit, transferable if needed and holds the item securely. Ok, £9,50 is expensive for some rubber, but you are paying for the design and a tenner to protect my watch is worthwhile in my opinion. Overall, very happy with it. Seller was excellent and great service as well.

This is a great product. It allows me to use my Garmin GPS watch to record my bike rides. It was very easy to install to the handle bar of my bike and fits the Garmin fenix 3 perfectly. The display is clearly visible whilst riding, too. Definitely recommend if you want to use your wrist watch to record your bike rides without having to spend more money on a dedicated bike GPS unit.

Have fitted this on my Giant road bike, but haven't used the nylon optional straps that come with it as I am using the logic that doing the watch up will hold it on. It also means I can transfer the unit to my other bikes if I want to. It's an excellent little gadget, saves buying a bike computer and prevents you having to keep trying to look at your wrist when cycling!

Great little product and does exactly what it is supposed to.It works well with the Fenix3.Comes with cable ties which are useful if you are intending to keep the mount on one bike but if you are swapping it between bikes then its just as handy to leave them off.It has been really useful for travelling abroad and mounting on hired bikes.

I find this good as before I was wearing my Garmin on my wrist with this mount I can keep my hands on the handle bars so it does what I wanted it to do. I did have a problem getting it as the first one was lost in the post. I contacted the place where I bought it and they were very helpful in sending out another one.

It is perfect addition for my Garmin watch when cycling. Before got that watch was on my hand - not too safe if you are checking speed or some other values. Since I got that I can clearly see all values I need and easily and safely tap my watch to change screen and look at other values if needed.

Getting frustrated with wearing my Garmin 405 on my wrist when cycling, a friend recommended this bike mount. I haven't bothered to use the cable ties to secure the mount to my handlebars - the watch strap does a good enough job. A simple solution to a basic problem - certainly recommended!

Bought this to fit with my forerunner 405, and it works perfect. Easy to fix to the bike, stays in place, and easy to strap the watch in. Stays in place the whole cycle. Good product for the price, I really wouldnt pay any more than £10 as at the end of the day its just a bit of rubber.

Easy to fit on my handlebars and position my Garmin watch for a good view. Better than on my wrist when cycling. Haven't need to use the cable ties as the watch strap holds all firmly in place and the rubber wraps around sufficiently to stay in place when watch removed
