Slightly heavier than I expected but it's a good multi cut strimmer that works well. It is important to read the instructions before assembly and use.The bump feed works well, if the strimmer line snaps simply bang the base of the strimmer cassette on a hard surface and the line feeds itself out. The downside of Gardena strimmer seems to be the expense of replacement cassettes. I hope to be able to replace just the line when mine runs out.It's no noisier than other electric strimmer and the ability to turn the plant guard 90 degrees and the strumming head to vertical are useful features.
