After trying several different grooming brushes for my rabbit, I decided to give this one a go, and I'm very glad I did! Not only is it amazingly effective, but my rabbit likes it as well. He has what I would describe as thick, medium-length fur, and a five minute brushing session with this brush during shedding season produces a pile of fluff as big as he is. While with other brushes he couldn't get away quick enough, he will happily sit still for ages to be groomed with the furminator, and even 'tooth purs'. I assume he likes the massaging effect, because he turns his head to it and nudges it to get me to keep grooming his nose and cheeks. Unlike the other brushes,

I purchased the FURminator to help groom my rabbit (mini-lop). I had already tried at least 4 other combs all of which had problems (not durable, hard to remove fur from bristles, not efficient).The FURminator is fantastic. It is really efficient (I can remove more loose fur in less time compared to the other combs that I have used) which is great because my bunny is not a fan of grooming time.It is so easy to remove the fur, just a push of a button and it pops off.It is very sturdy and durable unlike the other combs that I have used which have had bristles that warp easily.I have used it successfully and my bunny has not reacted badly to it (which he has done previously with some combs).

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend (he has one for his cat)and I'm so glad I did.I have 2 rabbits, both who dislike being groomed. The smaller one is a mini lop and is a big ball of fluff! She is currently molting and her hair is everywhere (and plenty of it). This brush is great, the 1st use removed plenty of shedding hair and they both actually like it. I'll admit they wont sit for ages but they certainly don't mind me using it on them.It was more money than I had planned to spend but I have no complaints about it

Great for my rabbits! Get loads of fur out. Rabbits don't seem too keen and it seems quite rough. I wouldn't recommend for guinea pigs, used it on mine and they did not like it and it did less than a regular brush, far too rough for them! I wonder if this actually takes out more 'healthy' fur and actual 'dead' so I might be concerned if it was over used, so perhaps keep an eye on your pets coat and make sure it is remaining healthy. It has definitely helped through this shedding season and I have less fur over my furniture!

I never write reviews for any products but this brush is amazing for deshedding my rabbit, he needs slight distraction to let me use it but not much and seems happy with me using it on him. It takes out so much hair and is great and easy to use, only found a slight issue with it which is the hair ejector doesn’t work well but I presume that’s because his hair is so thin, easy enough to pull it off with your fingers though. Would 100% recommend, a lot better than any other combs I’ve used before!!

My rabbits hate being brushed and now they hate me! For the few minutes I did manage to use it on one of my bunnies it was excellent and an amazing amount of fur removed. I'm not sure I'll get near him ever again though. Lol. It is very expensive for a brush. Other metal type brushes are just as good for a fraction of the cost. They might not remove quite as much fur, so I guess it depends what you're looking for. I'm not sure it warrants the cost but it is a good brush.

I didn’t buy my Furminator from Amazon but I have had one for donkey’s years long before discovering Amazon and can’t recommend it enough. I have 2 British Shorthair cats and their coat is thick. This brush pulls out all the loose undercoat with minimal fuss. The cats also love being brushed with it. They occasionally get matts in the moulting season and the Furminator is the best and removing them. I would highly recommend this product

Brought to help my holland lop get through a moult. He isn't the easiest to hold but he didn't seem to mind. It took out a lot of hair and yet there seems to be plenty left on him! I did check skin after use as he is a white bun this is easy to see. It hasn't left marks or scratches. You will need to hold the comb more parallel to body when brushing to get undercoat. Very effective piece of kit.

Brilliant gadget! Dealt with furry rabbit problem with ease (previously vet had to sort as rabbit so furry). Rabbit is now happy to sit calmly on our laps and be groomed with this - so quick and easy to use. Vet advised us to buy one and wish I'd discovered them years ago! Great to remove fur during shedding seasons and around rear area prior to spraying to prevent 'fly strike'. Love it!

My bun is moulting badly at the moment.. I'm literally having to hoover twice a day and I'm still choking on his fur so I was desperate as the slicker just wasn't cutting it so despite my skepticism I thought I'd give this a try. It's actually amazing!! I could have made another bunny with the amount of fur I got off him today!! It's a must have product for little fluff monsters

We struggled to find a brush which was effective on our 2 Mini Rex's fur during a heavy shed and were a bit dubious about trying this one as we'd read some mixed reviews with this brush on Rex fur but its FANTASTIC. The brush is quite sharp so you have to be careful but the bunnies tolerated it well unlike some of the others we've tried.

This product is great, I love it! It works perfectly, it really removes lots of hair, and my bunny didn't even seem to notice I was brushing him... His fur is much softer now and I only used it for like a minute or two.I recommend it, although it might be a little pricy I think it's worth it!

Purchased for my 2 lion head x lop rabbits. Was worried to use at first as I was unsure if it would hurt them but wow so much hair came off! My rabbits are brushes regularly but the furminator removes so much hair that would of normally been missed by a regular brush. Well worth the money!

Really really good, I noticed the difference after the first use. My rabbits are short haired but its really thick and were moulting quite a lot. It leaves them feeling really soft. The only thing I would say is that I wish the comb was wider so I would consider buying a bigger one.

Bought for my rabbit who was going through her first serious moult, she even ended up with bald patches in places! Did a fantastic job at getting all the fluffy under hair that was being shed everywhere. Time consuming as it's quite small however it did the job well!
