I really wanted to love this radio, after reading a Professor's review of it elsewhere, and being convinced by the PLL technology. The first one I received did not work at all; the on/off/volume button just spun without switching it on. Sent for a replacement, which worked ok for about a week, although was not loud enough (but I do cycle next to a dual carriageway).Good points - it holds its signal well as you ride about, finds most stations ok, and is easy to tune to different stations on the go using the buttons.Bad points - the volume is not adequate, the build quality is not great, buttons are in German, and it is not weather resistant (it stopped working after one journey in rain,

This radio was working OK but it broke after about a month. Now only the light works. The volume, when working, was OK for quiet roads it was difficult to hear. The radio reception in the countryside was not good so often I had to switch it off then.

This is a completely useless radio - please don't waste your money!
