Made an immediate, massive difference compared to my old bb, only done a couple of hundred miles on this new one, but still seems to be working fine. The old one lasted 5+ years of being commuted in London before giving up the ghost. On the minus side, I'm pretty sure you're locked in to FSA cranks with this bb. Alternatively, if you want to get say a super cheap Shimano bb, you will also need to buy the cranks etc at the same time, even though you will save in the long run.

My existing FSA bottom bracket was well worn & sourcing one in New Zealand was expensive for such a basic bottom bracket. After expected COVID related shipping delays I was able to fit this to my bike & it feels unbelievably new again! Great price + great service!

Bearing is a perfect match.but if you need it in a hurry seem to be delivered on the very last day.as I know that now I would buy again in plenty of time.ive now brought this again and arrived in a couple of days top job

Soft and not too heavy. You have to look at the plate that you are going to place on it.
