I am using this to provide more circulation in a heavily planted 630L freshwater tropical aquarium which only pumps from one side to the other using the standard sump pump.All in all I am very impressed with this product, it is extremely powerful and provides a playground for some of my faster fish. The pump is completely quiet and cannot even be heard with all of the other pumps turned off. I ran this out of the water and again it was almost silent. There are three strong suction pads on the back to hold it onto the glass that hold VERY hard so there is no worries about it disattaching itself and make it easy to move around to get into the desired position.

I have an 800 litre tropical freshwater aquarium with an eheim pro 3 1200xl and a 1200 lph internal filter. With the decor in my tank and the relatively high stocking I needed something to complete the circulation. This is perfect. I've got it about halfway up my tank pointing upwards and it creates just the right amount of water movement to keep the water surface moving well and get any debris into my filter intakes. I considered cheaper options but am pleased I spent a bit more as this is silent, well built and works well.

I already had the smaller unit but needed more flow for other end of tank .came on time and undamaged,is a bit noisy but not crazy loud but tends to quite of a bit as time goes on.been 3 days now and don't really notice any noise now.as far as power goes got good power but it's not straight flow like other models.i like the fact it doesn't just smash everything in its flow but has a wider spread giving a more natural flow pattern for marine tanks with coral i highly recommend this

I set it up in my 15 gallon nano reef tank, and it works great. Quiet, consistent, etc. The suction cup hasn't dislodged at all, and i'm happy with it. My only complaint is the cord is very stiff, so it's hard to get it to neatly tuck away where i want it, and i feel like i'm competing between getting it to lay where i want, and orienting the water jet, which then pulls on the cable. Slightly annoying.

OMG. Since I installed this unit and adjusted the angle of the stream every few days, my 300 ltr tank is staying cleaner for longer.Don’t buy to powerful unit for your tank and you will be well pleased with this unit.My only criticism is that when it starts up, it makes a loud clunky noise which disturbeds the fish and ME......Recommended keep your tank cleaner for longer....

read a few reviews saying it was noisy which almost put me off buying but there was some saying it was quiet so i purchased two of them and after a couple of days i can confirm they are very quiet and you don't hear them at all (my tank is in my living room) they are also very small and two of them fit nicely in my 52 litre tankdefinitely worth buying

I really like this product especially for how cheap it was. Fluval is a brand I stick too and I still will. I deducted 1 star just because the cable is quite short and it's a little noisey but for the price that's not a big problem. Other than that this is a great product and is perfect for my 52l fluval evo tank. Thank you.

Love the size and power but I dislike the vibrations that cable causes as it hangs over the top of the fluval roma 240 Litre tank I have to keep moving it to a certain place to stop it but it moves back, all the circulation pumps no matter what brand you get do this same thing so it depends on how much u can cope with

This is a good circulation pump for 65 gal size. Just wish it had magnetic back to suction cup, others in this price range include that feature (nice back up so doesn't wash your tank out if suction cup fails). So far so good with pump, quality brand so hoping suction cup is superior, finger crossed stays affixed.

It is listed for a 50 gallon tank. I decided I would prefer a light flow and used it in my 75 gallon. it works great along the back. I even installed a dimmer switch because I thought it might be too powerful and push my plants/fish everywhere. Wasted 10 bucks splicing in a dimmer switch. This thing works great.

This is an excellent product. Went for Fluval due to quality and not let down with this...Needed something with a strong flow to assist circulating/cleaning my plec tank and this is awesome. quite and easy to direct where you want it...It may be more expensive than a lot of others but theres a reason for that..

Mostly my fault i knew it was small and for a 25gal. I put it in my 75gal to kinda just keep the extra food off the bottom and blow it in the direction of the inlet of my filter. It will work but diffently not as powerful as i thought it would be. My out let of my canister filter move more water then this.

Worked out perfectly as a lower flow wave maker for my 36 Gallon tank. Having rasboras they love the current but my Betta doesn’t so I needed a wave maker that wasn’t too powerful. Bonus, the grills are small enough my cherry shrimp aren’t sucked inside. Great lower flow option. Highly recommended.

I tested this pump out of water are nearly returned it then and there; it sounded like a helicopter gearbox with no oil. But once in the water it was fine with a good flow. Only huge downside is an oddly short power lead which didn't give much flexibility for deeper placement in the tank.

Perfect speed for circulation. Others can be too powerful. I added this to one end of my 125 gallon salt water tank because some of the fish enjoyed hanging out at the filters. Now they get some water flow at the recreational area of the tank, just above the massage shrimp.
