My second pair of cycling shoes and first with a BOA closure. I like them a lot. I wear a size 12 in ASICS running shoes, and came from a size 46 pair of Shimano bike shoes. According to the label under the tongue, 46 = US 12 1/4. I would say that is 100% accurate! I’d like to try the 45.5, but it cost $100 more - so I’m happy with the 46! Inaccurate description. No longer made in Italy. Now made in China.
