The trimmer arrived before due date and was well packed. The build quality is good and it seems very strong. I have had cheaper trimmers which last only a season before needing replacing. This one, because of its quality I feel sure will last a few seasons if it is looked after. I have tried them already and am very pleased with them. Very good value for money.

have had several other makes of hand shears, from the good to not so good, but these seem to be the best yet. However, time will tell as I have only used them for a short while. They are nice and sharp at the moment and holding up well, but the plastic construction (apart from blades) may be cause for concern later.

I have had a couple of pairs over the last 5 years or so, and found that they work much better than similar products from other manufacturers...I have only purchased this third pair whilst I consider sharpening the well used 5yr old ones......

Fiskars tools often (as in this case) have a "gearing" built in, making light work of what might otherwise be hard. Highly recommended - both this grass shear and their other stuff.

Nice quality product. Not the best, but good value for the price.They do break though after a while. Look out for hidden obstacles in the grass when cutting!

Nice and sharp if slightly flimsy. Easy to knock the lock mechanism which is slightly annoying while using but got used to how to hold it.

Easy to use, very comfortable on the hand, good for “detailed” edging and straight runs, lightweight and very efficient. Love them !

Good purchase at a good price. Handy tool for keeping edges of lawn neat and tidy, especially where strimmer cannot reach.
