It's plastic not so strong. It fits well and good looking. First I bought another helmet but is is not fits good and it was expensive than that helmet. It's inside material not so bad. If you don't want to spent so much money for helmet you could buy it. It also has a red light at the back which is good idea.

This helmet isway better than I expected. The light at the back is very important for me, makes me feel safe when riding at night. It's comfortable and really lightweight, also the visor works well in light rain and to avoid the sun directly on the eyes. Very pleased with the purchase.

The helmet it perfect. It's light-weight, great design and fits perfectly. It's adjustable and there is a light at the back which flashes when turned on. (just press the middle of the light to turn on/off) Highly recommend.

Excellent cycling helmet. Fits perfect. Can adjust inside for a secure fit. Love the light on back of helmet which is very bright. Would highly recommend.
