the `privacy room` we received was not as advertised as it didn't state anywhere that it was sides & front only! we read it that it was a full privacy room! we contacted the supplier and told them & they said you need the `awning` to fit the side & front onto, but we said Nowhere does it say in your advert that it was front & sides only! they said it was down to amazons advert, and we argued saying "you give amazon the details to advertise your goods, so its down to your information!" they then looked at the website and agreed with us that there was no mention in the advert of it being front & sides only, so therefore arranged for us to return the goods by courier pick-up.
