My previous brush broke at the handle hence replacing it. This one feels nice in my hand, and being double sided, I get double value. Had to be gentle the first few times using the metal side, new to the cats, but now used to it. Brush side isn't too soft and densely packed so I can be really firm on the brush strokes without hurting. Really happy with this brush ?

Tried this brush as one of our cats hates grooming - doesn’t like his fur being tugged which the close pronged groomers often do. He is much more tolerant of this one as the metal bristles are wider apart but they are excellent at getting the loose fur out and keeping his coat smooth. He is a semi long hair but it even works great in our short haired cat.

I have owned several of the same style of brushes by different makers and this is by far the best. Great quality, well made and most importantly, my kitty absolutely loves being brushed with this, so a winner for me! I have paid a lot more for brushes of a lesser quality, so this is an absolute steal at that price! Would absolutely purchase again

I really like the quality of this brush and the two type of bristles. The plastic ones are stiffer and more dense but seems to be my cat’s favourites. The metal ones are soft and have a little ball at the end so no harsh at all. Overall quite happy and I’m sure my cat will like it more with time (she is no very keen on being touched)

Our recently rehomed kittens haven't really started to shed so I can't comment on the ability to remove and contain hair, but it seems a good quality brush. It is slightly harder bristled than I was expecting but I am a total novice to cat ownership so can't say if this is good or bad! The kittens seem to enjoy being brushed with it.

Well made, easy to hold, not slippery, I just wish the handle was wood. Tried a few before I found this one, but the bristles were falling out, even before any use. This is the first one I've found where the bristles are secure and look like they'll stay that way for a while. We've had it about a month with no problems.

My cat will be half the size by the end of the week! This is so good at removing undercoat and also the metal bristles have flat Rounded ends so it doesn’t scratch her like the straight metal bristle options out there. Also the softer brush side is still nice and strong and durable. The cat enjoys this for pampering.

Really good brush for our long haired cat. The spikey side is a little harsh if they try to brush their whiskers against it but its a good combination having the softer side too...the soft side does bung up a bit but we have noticed significantly less "reversing off" of hairballs since we started using it daily.

Used this few hours ago on my cat n she loved it. Didnt move but just turning sides for her groom. It collects all the hair so no mess too. But she was purring away. Loved every sec of it. The bristles are not very hard on her skin , perfect for short haired cats. Delivery was on time swift. Threw the letterbox.

I have five cats, I have had cats for over 40 years and have got through a lot of brushes. This is the best brush I've had. The cats love being groomed with it, it removes all of the excess fur as I brush and is easy to clean. The cats and I give it a solid ten out of ten.

Purchased a different brush than this at first but this is a lot better. Our cat enjoys being brushed with this and will happily lie there whilst grooming him. The pins on the silver side are rounded on end of each pin preventing scratching your pet as your grooming.

We 'inherited' along hair cat .... and this brush was recommended, and has proved to be very good for the job. Cat seems to accept the round end metal tines happily - and they remove tangles & knots well .... plus very good at removing dead undercoat.

How do cat owners get their cats to stop playing with the grooming brush? It is an easy brush to use and my cat enjoys it for a bit then has to grab it and chew on the bristles. It is well made and easy to hold, the cat's the problem!

Ok product. Bristles are very firm - even the softer ones. A bit big and hard for my nearly 4 month kitten but sure as he gets bigger the brush will get easier to use. Does collect his fur - when he’s not trying to chew the brush!

This is a solid well made brush, ideal size for cat or small dog. Does the job well, but gently. My cat loves it. Bought as a replacement for a similar looking brush which was disappointingly badly made and fell to bits in weeks.
