Fellowes Mouse Pad with Microban Antibacterial Protection - BlackI bought this a few months ago, I was a little dubious about buying a cloth covered mouse mat as I had a bad experience with them with roller ball type mice. As my mouse is now optical I thought I'd give one a go.I must say I am very pleased with it, the mouse glides smoothly over the surface & the on-screen movement is precise with no lag or jitter whatsoever. I use the mousepad for gaming too & it's ideal, it's also comfortable to rest your wrist on. A few months of use & there are no signs of bobbling, it's still as good as new.The mouse mat is made of a soft rubber backing which grips nicely to the table,

This is my second one. The first lasted about a year and I only replaced it because I'd wiped it with general household polish perhaps once too often while doing normal cleaning, and whilst it didn't seem to suffer noticeably I'm sure the antibacterial properties weren't exactly grateful. The Fellowes Microban -text on the pad remained fresh and intact despite my onslaught (and moderate daily use), perhaps some evidence of the overall quality. I don't mind the small text, if it bothers you buy something plain.The pad sticks to the table, the mouse moves nicely and smoothly with just enough resistance. It's a mouse pad. But a pretty damn fine one.

I buy these several at a time and replace them every few months. Being grey they do show the dirt. Ive tried washing them and they do come up quite well, but I suspect this destroys the anti-bacterial effect, so now I just junk and replace.Have used a variety of mice on them and all have tracked perfectly. The mat is thin which I personally like and has a rubber backing so it doesnt slip. They are stay amazingly flat, not had one curl up.The edges start to get a little threadbare after a lot of usage.All negatives are nit-picks, I've been using mouse mats since mice were invented and these are the best I have ever used.

I was thinking of getting a new mouse as the movement of the cursor was getting a bit erratic but thought I'd try a new mat first.I cleaned the mouse and did notice a few bits of ??? on the bottom of the mouse which I assume is just picked up during use.Maybe this was it but meantime the movement is a lot better / smoother and hopefully the antibacterial bit may stop the development of the ??? substance in future.I assume this is what the antibacterial bit is for - I wasn't aware of mouse-mats being a major source of transmitted diseases?Suppose it depends what you use them for.

O.K. It's a mouse mat it's black, it has anti microbial properties, will not slide around the desk top, and it works very well with an optical mouse. I decided on this one simply because Fellowes is a brand I have used in the past and have always found their products to be more than satisfactory. I cannot really comment on the usefulness of it's Microban Antibacterial Protection, how on earth do you judge whether it works or not?I suppose it could give some peace of mind to users of shared computers. Very quick delivery, recommended.

Seems good so far, the thickness is just right. Good grip on the table surface and the mouse moves smoothly over the pad. The edges look like they may fray in a few months but I will see how it goes and update. Does the Antibacterial part work, not sure. Did not buy it for that reason anyway, just liked the look, size and style.*Update... Had this pad a year now and the edges have not frayed at all, but one corner that my wrist rests on has curled up. Its still works fine and looks smart though.

I've been using this every day for five years. No sign of wear, although looking a bit dusty. (Must do more housework!) No bacterial growths, so it might actually be antimicrobial. It gives my optical mouse a really smooth ride and gives sufficient comfort & support to my wrist. I'm a bit tempted by the Fellows mats offering more wrist padding, but my wrist is fine, so I think I'll just get another one of these with my new computer. The price is the clincher, a real bargain!

Perfectly good mouse pad and doesn't stink to high heaven when you first open it like some. (There is definitely a smell, but that's to be expected; will dissipate in a couple of days.) Just beware that the image isn't lying, it really does have "Fellowes Microban" writ large across it, too large for you to trim that off if you don't like it and still have a useful pad. But you can't say they didn't show you that in advance. :-)

I was looking for a relatively cheap mousemat for the new mouse I bought recently, and this one is perfect, its big enough so you won't move the mouse over the edge, and the material makes the mouse move faster than other mousepads. It helps my mouse has a high dpi too for fast movements. Its as you expect, hopefully will last a long time, if not, these are cheap enough to buy a new one every 6 months or so

Purchased this after trying a DIGITUS DA-50104 - Mouse pad (see my review for that as well). Very pleased, good rubberised grip on fairly smooth surface so mouse pad doesn't slide around. Has a good quality feel to it. I'm not a keyboard and mouse gamer so couldn't comment on that aspect, although the size is decent and my optical mouse slides nicely. I would recommend it for a budget mouse pad.

Having tried numerous mats over the years, I absolutely love this one. For me it gets everything right, good size and thickness (just big enough, just padded enough), well made so no rough edges to catch a mouse cable on, comfortable and durable (even seems resilient to cat claws which is a total bonus ) . I would recommend these to anyone and will continue to buy them as long as they are made.

Bought again as last one just got tired, but still worked fine after a number of years. I find it comfortable and a great size. Obviously not related to the product but V disappointed, and concerned that delivery driver opened my front door and threw items in, when challenged excused himself 'thought it was a porch' very obviously not. Not acceptable, no effort to knock on door.

Good mat for the price. Would have preferred for it to not have any writing on the mat, but no biggie.The mouse is on my wooden varnished ply desk and has no problems with movement and stays in the same place.Nice big surface area and my Dell mouse glides along it nicely.No complaints other than I think they should have left the marketing off the face of the mat.

I honestly don't know how the well the microban works but as a general mousepad, this is about as good as it gets. This is my 2nd one, the first lasted about 6 years and I only replaced it because it was a lighter colour and was getting stained. I bought this one and threw the other one in the washing machine, it came up a treat so have given it to my daughter to use.

Floppy and very pliable, textile top surface with really grippy rubber base. Mine sticks fast to a melamine laminate desktop such that I cannot slide it at all no matter how hard I try. Perfect tracking with my cheap Gigabyte M6800 corded optical mouse. Compact size but more than enough to cope with my dual screen desktop set up (22" and 20" monitors).
