Good points: it was easy to assemble and made very short work of some long overdue pruning.Bad points: Chinese plug fitted, not a UK plug and only about one foot of cable. The chain stretches at first jumping off guide after only two cuts but after initial stretch and retentioning was fine, I would recommend checking tension after first one or two cuts. Manual consists basically of a few pictures and some specs. but it was very easy to assemble so this is not a significant issue.Overall: this appears to be a well built product with no significant short comings. A UK plug and a better manual would have got this 5 stars.
