The two brands of tights I buy are Falke & Wolford. Yes, these tights are expensive, but they are well worth the extra money. I like that these have a high cotton content, better to let skin breathe, they're not thick (you should buy Falke's Family tights for warmth), but these are opaque and matt, smooth feel, great every day tights. They wear and wash well. I bought medium size (for reference I'm 5ft7in and a size 6), and I just followed their size guide. I did once make the mistake of buying small/medium, but they were too short.

Having tried many pairs of tights over the years, I have finally decided these are a cut above all the rest & will not be buying any other brand from now on. The cotton mix is wonderful, clinging to skin without being too tight. Wash beautifully. Great durability too after much chasing around on floor after granddaughter!

Good quality tights - very comfortable fit.Bought a pair last year - wore them lotsKept their shape, colour, elasticity and finish very wellI Like the natural fibre cotton mix content as opposed to too much man made fibre.These are every day tights - not sheer but do have a refined knit, not overly chunky.

I love these tights. I've bought several pairs now. They are pricey but are definitely worth it as they last so much longer than cheaper tights. They are impossible to snag and don't develop holes. They are also some much warmer than nylon tights without being sweaty in summer.

Lovely tights, expensive compared to others but you can feel the quality as soon as you take them out of the packaging. This was my first pair but I have since bought more, the expense is worth it!

I love Falke tights and leggings; these are no exception. Fit well, never wrinkle, if you want the look of fine leggings but with feetthese are for you! Just the thing for a Spring day.

I'm 5'10" and size 16. These tights are long enough in size 48/50 or XL. The only problem is that the seams show through clingy dresses and skirts. They're fine with denim skirts.

But I have to go a size up from my normal size. The are not very elastic and if you are just a little taller than average hight they may be too short.
