Very comfortable; they are handed - or rather 'footed' - with the toe box being shaped for the respective foot.Most of the sock is breathable stretchy fabric, with insulated reinforced sections around the toe, sole, heel and front of the shin - presumably for insulation & comfort against the ski-boot.They stayed up all day without needing to be pulled up, which impressed me.My only niggle is the fluorescent yellow 'FALKE' running down the shin. It's not like they'll be visible under salopettes anyway, plus I don't like looking like a walking advertisement.

Great ski socks ,which I use when coaching outdoors in winter, warm,comfortable very supporting and being thinner are less bulky under track trousers , a very good quality product.

Nice socks thinner than my other ski socks extra thickness where it matters, so look forward to trying them out come winter.
