My husband and I bought this for our 4yr old for this Christmas. We read the reviews and felt that it was a good choice. At first we were bitterly disappointed. It took approx 3 weeks to arrive and on arrival the box was visibly damaged, very badly. On closer inspection it was obvious that it had been dropped and everything had been thrown in. We found parts missing, the stickers were all screwed up and unusable, very very disappointed. Luckily my husband took photos upon delivery as we wanted to return it however when he complained we can honestly say we have never received better customer service.

Recently ordered this as a present for my, almost, six year old son. Firstly, I must thank Farm Toys for covering the large box in black plastic wrapping as my son was with me when the delivery driver turned up and when I later opened the packaging there was a massive picture of the Tractor on the box so that would have really spoilt the surprise - so thanks for realising it was a potential gift.Tractor is great and very sturdy. Has the added bonus of an excavator which is used by easily turning the seat around. The trailer seems very robust too.Overall very pleased with this item, I think he'll have a good few years use out of it.

My six year old boy loves this. It is plenty big enough for him even though he is tall and should last him two or three years. My four year old daughter loves it too but it is a bit big for her at the moment. Hours of fun already and seems very robust

Good quality sturdy digger, fairly easy to assemble. My son is 5 years old and is fairly tall but this is an adequate size for him. Really good toy.

Very pleased with the order.Arrived on time, Found it straight forward to build.Sturdy and robust.. liked it so did my grandson.
