Fantastic addition for my sleep system!I bought this to kill two birds with one stone as they say, i.e. I needed a pillow for a comfier nights sleep and I wanted a pump for my Exped Synmat UL 7. This isn't the smallest inflatable pillow on the market, but the fact it doubles as a pump for my mat makes it worth it. The outer material is very comfy to sleep against and foam inside also adds to the comfort. I have the medium mat and it's pumped up in just over a minute with this. With this you don't have to worry about blowing your warm moist air into your mat and creating condensation inside, thus maybe improving the life of your mat (great since they ain't cheap!)This ticks all the boxes for me and wouldn't think twice about getting another should I have to,

The pump works good for my Exped Simcomfort DLX pad. The pillow is fairly comfortable but not as comfortable as my normal pillow I sleep with.The Exped Simcomfort DLX pad is not really for backpacking because it is so large and heavy so this pillow is good as a pump but I would also usually have my normal pillow with me (while car camping). If you already have a pump that works well or a less expensive alternative then you don't need this. However I will continue to use it for backpacking because it is a fairly comfortable pillow and fairly compact.

I have used this with my Exped mattress on two backpacking trips now. I am pleased to report that it makes inflating the mat a breeze and surprisingly makes a nice pillow too. I was upgrading from a thermarest neoair all season, which is a comfortable one, but it takes forever to inflate. It this was compatible with the valves on that, I probably wouldn't have also bought the exped mattress. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase and with the exped products.

I have paired this pillow with the Exped air mattress. It works perfectly for blowing up the mattress, which is import because over time, blowing air from your lungs inserts moisture inside the mattress. Using the pillow avoids that problem. Oh, and it also works well as a pillow. I just returned from a week in Alberta Canada sleeping in a tent and on an Exped mattress and pillow.

Buy this over the small little pump.The pump takes longer to blow up an exped pad than by mouth.This unit gets the job down >2x faster than the little blue pump.Pump is much lighter.The weight on this isn't bad, unless you're into the ultra light scene.But if you are, then you should consider taking just an exped mat for those bony nights of sleep.

Pump inflates my Exped UL Long-wide matress in 20-25 pumps or so. Takes maybe 2 minutes? Less?Pillow is not too bad to sleep on. Put tomorrow's tshirt on it as a pillow case -- helps with the texture against your face.Pack-size not as small as the non-pump version, but the pump is handy if you have room.

I bought this item so I wouldn't have condensation in my exped air mattress. I didn't find the directions to be helpful but thanks to the trusty internet I was able to figure out how to use it. It wasn't bad on the trip but it was AWESOME on the car ride there. Not a bad item to have on a car trip.

Inflates my two 2015 Synmat 7 pads more quickly than with the integrated pumps, PLUS you can have one person use this and the other use the integrated pump, for a very fast inflate.

A good liitle pillow and pump for the exped mats, I like this alot. Keeps the inside of the mat dry instead of blowing directly into it.

It takes a while to pump up the mattress but it's still better than blowing it up manually. As a pillow it was surprisingly comfortable.

Love Love Love it!!! It is compact and you can fill the mattress up with the pump in less than a minute!!!
