Bought one of these bad boys to replace two 2gb EVGA 680gtx sc2 cards in my nvidia surround 5760x1080 setup. It was hard to find any information or benchmarks for this kind of upgrade so I thought I would write a review to advise anyone else in a similar situation who is wondering whether it's worth doing. The short answer is if you've got the cash, definitely. The long answer: Living with a surround setup, you quickly get used to the idea that you need to turn some settings down in new games. I was dubious as I read numerous posts online that suggested a 780ti being only very slightly more powerful than two 680s. While on one 1080p display this could be true in some situations but at 5760x1080 it's a different story all together.I loved my 680s to death, but they were simply running out of juice and hitting vram limitations with some of today's latest titles. As soon as I popped in the 780ti, the performance jump was obvious. In watchdogs for example, on the 680s I had to knock down the settings to medium to get it anywhere playable, I'm pretty sure that was the 2gb vram limit causing that. With this beast I'm getting 45fps+ on ultra, everything cranked with TXAA on! Obviously cranking to crazy AA levels at such a massive resolution is still not going to run great, but realistically It's insane, quiet and cool. Plus it overclocks like mad.Not only do I not have to worry about sli headaches anymore (until I add a second one of these monsters at a later date ;)) but the heat, power consumption and noise benefits are obvious. So to summarise, in my opinion unless you're planning on forcing crazy anti aliasing, getting one of these for a single screen setup is a tad bit overkill..... But for surround setups, it's perfect and takes nearly anything I throw at it.

To put it into a few more words of context I would say that this Graphic card has outdone all of it's predecessors. It is a graphic card that will keep on doing good for the next 5-7 years in the the gaming world or any other virtual world you belong to.I also use it for some editing and animation work and it is performing very well at very strong rates. There truly has to be a beast hidden in that graphic card because the card is a beast. I think it delivers exactly what it offers for the price it is at.

This card is truly a beast. Nvidia have somehow trapped Usane Bolt, cloned him and put 10 copies inside this card. The benchmarks you can set, wow. I'm running it with a 4960x and 16 gb ram, and there is no title I can't max. Very good buy.

I love this card and have become a convert to Nvidia. The software that goes with it works too and always keeps the driver up to date. 10/10
