Comfortable, and really help with hand strain once adjusted correctly. It can take a little bit to get them perfectly set up for your riding style, but once they're in the right place, you'll be glad you bought them. They are supposed to be tightened to 5 Nm to avoid handlebar damage. I'd say if you have steel or aluminum bars, you should be fine if you don't go crazy when tightening by hand (I'd say 1/4 turn past where it stops being easy to turn by hand, but your tools and strength are different so YMMV, and you may have issues with warranty claims if you don't use the correct tools). If you have carbon fibre and no torque tools, you'll need to go into your Local Bike Shop,

these grips have significantly reduced my wrist pain after mountain biking. i ride between 30 and 100 km on an average ride and having ,the "platforms" for my palms to rest on, as well as setting these at a neutral angle for my wrists has really helped with the post ride stiffness. i ride xc, and technical single track with some downhill and have never felt insecure with these grips. for those riding aggressive bombing downhill runs, round grips may be better, but for what i do they are great. will buy these again!

Really nice grips that will not slip. However the inside diameter of my bars is smaller than most bars and the end caps did not fit. I contacted the seller and they did some research and there are more specific instructions, a video, that does not come with the product. Too late for me since I mangled one attempting to make it fit. Worth the purchase.

This is what I wanted. It adapts as it puts in the explanations. Both the web and the reception of the product, an outstanding. I recommend this house for what you need and I do not understand the negative reviews at all. In my case it has been great. Thank you.

The standard handles replaced the Ergon GS1 because I was deaf hands after 1.5 hours mountain biking. These handles provide very comfortable grip without losing control. Since then, no numb hands more.

I have these grips on three bikes, including a tandem. I do routes of up to 200 km on roads and more than 100 km on MTB. They are very easy to install and much more comfortable than normal cuffs.

Beautiful quality, big supports, but pay attention to the adjustment of inclination of these wrists otherwise it is numb of annular and ear-lock :-( In any case on long exit there is a gain.

Although listed as used, appeared as new condition. The Ergon Grips work great and reduce hand fatigue. I would recommend over the conventional round grips.

Perfect fit size and comfort for long or rough journeys is the best. Tied cheap alternatives and there is a massive difference. Worth every penny.

Great grips. A little large for my taste, but my wife likes them. It keeps her hands from going numb on long multi hour rides.

In my "bike life" did not drive a better grip like this. Super grip, relieves very well the compl. Hand and a top processing.

These are easy to install and provide good wrist support. I have them on both of my bikes and on my wife's bike too.

Very good grips. Helps to relieve some fatigue....not all. Might want to get a bigger model if you go on long rides.

These grips are great. Takes a little fine tuning to get them to the sweet spot, but I'm in love. So comfortable

Perfect; remove tingling in the hand during mountain bike tours. I wonder why I did not install them earlier.
