Short review, love it, worth every penny.We caravan and I also work on my Vespa scooter, the reason I bought a head torch was because we knew we would arrive on the caravan site that I'm sat writing this review on in the dark, and having tried a hand held tourch, in the wife's hands not only did the beam wander at the exact time I needed to see, but it prevented her from unpacking so lengthened the set up process.I bought the 250 version thinking for the price it would do, well it exceeded my expectations by a country mile, setting up in complete darkness was a dream, I'm not going to say it was like day light, come on its a little box on your head, not your own personal sun.Straps comfortable,

I used one of these years ago when I was doing substantial work on my house. So good to be able to see what you are doing in tricky places without having to hold a torch. The unit can tilt on your head to focus the light in downwards which is useful if you need it.I bought this unit for my first camping trip. Again, great to have this light on your head illumination what you are looking at, without holding a torch. Great for when rummaging around in a bag, cooking in the semi-dark etc... Acting as a spotlight to complement the lamps we had in the tent and under the gazebo, where we cooked.The tilt came in handy when around other people; stopping them from being temporarily blinded from the

This is a great bit of kit, I bought it for running at night as the "running" head torches are stupidly expensive for what you get. I know that the ones designed by running brands probably look better but it's night time and no one can see what you are wearing anyway.It is as bright if not brighter than most running ones that cost twice as much and Energizer is a brand I trust so for the bargain price I got it at I am super happy.I have also used it for DIY which has been useful in a tight, dark areas where you don't normally get light; I am pretty sure I will find many other uses too.Overall a fantastic bit of kit, well built and super bright which suits me fine.

No dimming function as Energizer® Vision HD+ LED Headlight, so not possible to use it with very low light for a very long time. Has a low light mode though but it's not adjustable and uses all lamps failing to dim as low as Energizer® Vision HD+. The "Focus" mode works by alternating the power of the two types of lamps ("wide" vs "narrow") giving a nice sense of light focusing which may be useful for night video or photography. If the output beam of the focusing function was dimmable would be perfect.

Light fits nice and has three settings. One bright white, one less bright white and then a red. The brightest one is very bright. Light can easily be moved up and down at an angle when running but the on/off/change buttons arent easy to find when running. I do outdoor classes and its important to be able to easily dim the lights so that you dont blind someone when you approach them. Resorted to moving it up and down instead. Decent light for the money though.

I've used head torches for a number of years for running and night navigation. This is by far the best independent battery head torch I have used to date. Light weight and easily carried comfortable and stable to run with. Its a boon having both white and red lights as you can use either when running down country lanes to warn traffic of your presence. I bought this torch to replace one of its predecessors which sadly had reached its use by date.

This is a well made little head torch and the build quality is excellent. Theres one button on the left for full beam and one on the right for low beam and red night light so u dont have to keep pressing one button to go through the settings. At 315 lumens its not super powerful but it still lights a room up pretty well. The cheap crap ones on ebay are about 8 quid so u may as well spend a bit more on this one. Buy it and u wont be disappointed

Worked really well at a couple of festivals. Replacement for an old one that had a terrible battery compartment that I couldn't get open. I took this one to dusty hot (and very cold at night) Burning Man festival and it survived that, so should be ok for whatever you throw at it! It's also very comfortable (also when kept around your neck when not in use too) and adjustable tilt is very useful. Bright enough for most uses I imagine.

I'm please with this head torch. It is good value. The build quality is fairly good although it probably wouldn't do so well if dropped accidentally. It has multiple modes of brightness and a red night mode. Overall it's a good buy without having to spend silly money. The bottom line is that it gives a very good level of light with a decent lumens rating. Much better than a few more expensive ones I've looked at. Recommended.

Very bright light, will travel far, or you can use the dim position. After having it on my head for a while I actually forgot it was there, just remembering to turn it off. Great for doing things where you need a bright light shining on what you are doing without using your hands to aim it. Fast delivery. I am not sure what the red light option is for though - it is not infra red. Maybe you can wear it backwards when cycling.

This is a fantastic head torch, for what I wanted. I just wanted to light the dark paths I walk with my dog, but found myself using it more and more with its different light settings it really dose the job. Have used in bad weather and it is still working, so I can not complain there, the strap is sturdy and easy to adjust, however I don't like that the head moves in notch's, would prefer it to be free moving.

This head torch is certainly bright, almost too bright! I say that as the light is only just above your eyes and creates a slight glare but hey I went for the brightest so I can't complain.My only one complaint is that there are only two levels to the light (along with red) and the first is very dim. So it's either too dim or very very bright.So far the batteries are lasting well which was my one concern.

I was pleasantly surprised as I ordered the Vision HD+ which was advertised as 250 lumens, however it's since been upgraded to 315 lumens. It's super bright and you can't go wrong for £11.My one minor criticism is that you get some glare beneath the torch that might be distracting for some people, but it's perfect for me as I only wear it for 5 minutes a day while I do some checks.

Perfect for taking dogs out during the dark nights. I especially like the infrared setting which does not bother neighbours. The infrared also does not bother passing passing traffic. I find the buttons easy to change and adjust even with thin gloves on, however I can understand that people who are not to are not used to the buttons may problems getting used to them.

Great little headlight. Originally bought for my young son, however it compares quite favourably with some far more expensive lamps belonging to me. May invest in another to keep as a backup. I do see what others mean when they say that the casing and hinge section are cheap plastic and may be brittle. For the price no complaints at all. Good output too.
