Reading a magazine one day, I came across an interview with Beyonce, where she claimed her favourite perfume was the "Armani Diamonds". I've always being a fan of Armani; I have a few pairs of their glasses and perfumes so when I read that the Armani Diamonds was one of my celebrities favourite perfume, I was quite anxious to know what the "Armani Diamonds" smelt like because if Beyonce likes it then it must be something pretty special.I visited my local Boots store and sprayed the perfume onto my wrist, and my first impression wasn't too good all I could smell was alcohol, I didn't smell my wrist again I just left it not thinking anymore of it. Later,that week I went to visit my cousin and told her I was disappointed in the smell of the Armani Diamonds, I told her it stunk of alcohol and she explained I had to wait a few minutes for the alcohol smell to go away. I felt a little stupid not knowing this. I visited the boots store again and sprayed it on my wrist, this time waiting for the perfume to dry and I was wowed by the sensational scent.I was very impressed with the packaging of the Armani Diamonds, I mean who wouldn't? It looks slightly like a giant diamond with a clear glass bottle; they do say diamonds are a girl's best friend!The bottle looks very glamorous and really stands out in the perfume selection at stores that sell perfume because it's so exquisite.Despite looking thick and heavy it is in fact very lightweight and will fit in your handbag very easily, without weighing you down.The look and proportion of the bottle is spot on, I think it's very important that perfume bottles look good because most women will not purchase a perfume if its packaging looks tacky.The price varies in most stores; I purchased this for £24 for 30ml at Amazon, which is approximately $40. For 50ml you'd be looking at about £39.Armani describe the scent of the Armani Diamonds as:"The sensory blend is a surprising gourmand fragrance to give a stone a flavour and to a woman a self confident and audacious feeling. The rose, a symbol of femininity is made edible and succulent through the addition of a touch of litchi and raspberry."The perfume smells sweet and very fresh. It stays on for most of the day so you don't need to keep topping up on perfume. Initially, when the perfume is applied it doesn't smell very nice, it smells too strong but that's probably the alcohol, after a minute or so it smells really gorgeous and has a floral scent to it.I really love the Armani Diamonds, as a fan of sweet scents I am more than happy to of purchased this perfume and I really think it's the perfume for me. I also love the new Hypnose by Lancôme, and the D&G Rose the One fragrance if you like floral scents.I am not surprised with how popular this perfume is, it's a perfume that most women would really like so it's great to buy for a woman as a gift.

I adore this perfume. I cannot wear perfumes that are too heavy and like light, fresh, floral scents (ie Estee Lauder Beautiful, Giorgio, Lacoste Inspiration, etc) and this one fits the bill perfectly. I have had many, many compliments when wearing this perfume and have also had compliments about the scent hours after I've applied it, which is nice to know it lasts, as after a very short period I can't smell it on myself any longer, which is a shame! I'll definitely be replacing my one once I've used it all up.

I first came across this perfume when I attended a look good, feel better make up demonstration when I had breast cancer a few years ago. At the end of the demonstration we were all lucky enough to be given a bag full of authentic make up, facial cleansers and a bottle of perfume. I was lucky enough to get a 100ml boxed bottle of Diamonds (how lucky was l!!) l've been hooked on it ever since and this is me about to buy my fourth bottle since my lucky day. Oh and this is me in my 5th year of remission ?

I bought this for my Lady, although she has such a big collection of perfumes that she could open a stall!The packaging is simple & elegant, with an expensive look to the box & the bottle.The aroma is quite floral, with a hint of fruit (or maybe my nose is just 'shot' from the smell of different perfumes). But, out of all the top brands of perfumes she has, this is one of my favourites.Anyway, she likes it & wears it quite a lot, which is why I bought it in the first place.

It's unusual for me to like & be able to wear a scent which is so feminine, this one however is the exception. I love it & thankfully it seems to suit me. I tend to wear it if I'm going out in the evenings. The reason being, as one other reviewer noted, it doesn't linger very long, meaning you need to keep "topping" up. Hence the 4 stars.I still love it though. Very feminine in my opinion.Lovely soft fragrance without being sickly sweet, heavy or overpowering.Works for me.

Such a lovely perfume, very light and floral ... You dont need to use alot and youcan smell the scent through most of the day. A lovely perfume to wear in the evening too, smells quiteexpensive and I always receive lovely remarks when I wear it. Which always makes you feel good.As far a price goes, Amazon always comes up trumps, its quite expensive on the High Street, so just orderfrom here, cant beat it ....

This smell is just so discusting, not floral at all, I purchased one at tkmaxx, opened it and put some on me hand, so I got a headach and I was sick all day long, could not even wash it down after several times i can still smell it, and the edp cost me 59 pound, they wont take it back because I opened it.Edit: I later found out I was pregnant. ?

I recieved the package within a short timeframe of ordering which was great. I have purchased items from Cheapsmells before and have been 100% satisfied with the products and service. I bought this for my wife's christmas as it was what she wanted though I have no complaints of any perfume she wears.

Have worn this perfume for almost 10 years. I love it and always get comments on how nice it smells. It’s clean and fresh but also sweet and musky...hard to describe but a lovely scent. The smell lasts all day on the skin as well. Always stock up when I see the 100ml bottle at a good price!

I bought this for my significant other and, I have to declare I'm no expert on women's "parfum".However, it's competitively priced, was well received by the recipient and, to my untrained nose, smells really but subtly nice. Which is, I guess, the main point.What's not to like?

My wife had expressed a wish for this as part of her Christmas gift package, its exactly how she expected it to be and I regained a few brownie points lost during the course of the year.Excellent delivery and cheaper than the high street plus I earnt some nectar points as well!

I did a fair bit of research to see what would be the most cost effective way to buy this gift. As usual, Amazon came up trumps with a great value, medium size bottle of the requested perfume.Bought it and the received it very quickly. Extremely pleased with purchase.

I ordered the Femme but you sent me the Pour Homme instead but because it was right on top of Christmas I didn't,t return it, my husband was the lucky one .( I gave it to him as an extra present) So I am reluctant to order myself another one .

Definitely genuine. Perfume smells exactly the same as it does in a shop and it lasts all day! In fact, I can still smell it the next day. Not overpowering and cheap, absolutely gorgeous scent and came in a sealed box. Would 100% buy again

I got this for my best friends birthday and she loved it! She wears it going to college but she also wear it when she goes out as its not to strong and it doesn't fade within an hour, recommend this to anyone who likes smelling nice!
