Purchased this Turbo brush tool to replace our existing (15year old) original turbo brush for use with our Central vacuum system.We have tried it for over a month and have descrbed it as 'Worse than useless' because that is precisely what it is. It is a very lightwieght unit made entirely of plastic and when used the turbo brush spends most of its time spinning without any contact with the carpet and thus does not achieve anything at all. THe description for the brush states that it 'delivers deep cleaning', nothing could be further from the truth - ours delivers no cleaning whatsoever. The problem with the turbohead seems to be that there is a pivot joint to allow for the nozzle connection,

I have only used this product a few times, but I am now going to replace it with a different brand. It used to work to a reasonable degree but you had to manoeuvre the head into a certain angle or the brush didn't spin around when touching the floor. I then went to use it to pick up some wood fragments on my floor and since then it has made a horrendous noise and the brush doesn't spin at all when touching the floor. I cannot even open the thing now to see what damage I have done and how to fix it, so the whole thing is going in the bin.
