They rang within a couple of days to arrange delivery and were very pleasant and delivered as promised. They set everything up and made sure my husband knew how to operate it. We were looking for just this type of chair but did not want something that looked as if it belonged in a nursing home. The colour and style ticked all of r boxes and we r not disappointed. My husband finds it very comfy and we think it is great value for money.

the chair was easy to put together, this is making life so much better as i have very painful arthiritic knees and back, the mechanism is quiet, the rise part is superb, and i can kick back and recline in comfort and have a snooze. The chair itself is harder than i am used to but softer chairs havent helped my spinal problem like this one does. So happy and i would recommend this chair to anyone.

Love this chair, so comfy & well made. Instant zzzzzz's!Got washable slipovers on arms & head rest, so quick to freshen up.Excellent all round, easy to put together - especially if someone does it for you!

It's a brilliant chair, very easy to use. A very quiet motor and excellent for someone who finds it difficult to get out of a chair.
