Pros:There are excellent for small time online sales usage. What I bought them for. There just the right size not too big, not too small and work for items larger than itself. With a 10 KG limit they get the job done in almost every case 99.9% of cases if your a moderate online seller. It also features very useful "hold" and "tare" functions. Hold displays the measured weight once pressed for ten seconds. Tare resets to 0.0 say if you're on an uneven surface or turned it on whilst your hand was on the top.Cons:The mac software at least is extremely basic and does not always work. This takes the fun out hooking it up to USB other than using that to power it.

The display is clear enough. The reading does not update very often, probably about twice a second or so. I would have preferred a slightly faster update time. Mechanically the scales seem fairly well put together, and I can imagine them lasting for a long time. The buttons have a decent tactile feel.I bought the scales specifically for their USB connectivity and wanted to use them without Dymo's own software. They appear to the computer as a HID-compliant device, and reading the value is fairly simple. However, for whatever reason, I could not read negative values through the USB connection, at least without Dymo's own software.

Nice scales, easy to use and accurate. The large plate makes it easy to weight big parcels and the "hold" button means that you can remove the parcel and still see the weight (if it was so large it obscured the display). Perhaps a little slow to display the weight so not absolutely ideal if you're weighing something as you pour it in (as I do) and I haven't yet used the USB connection although I'm itching to give it a try.

This is the cheapest USB-enabled scale with 10kg range i could find. The USB interface works OK. Fortunatelly it has no "tare memory" (does not permamently bend under rated load) effect as one el cheapo scale i bought before. This is a padding so that i can hit 20 words of review.

USB Power and software work perfect, the Dymo M10 itself seems well made, you can use 3 aaa or USB power, up to 10kg which is more than plenty for small-medium parcels with royal mail.Auto power off after 3min is very cool handy and no fussoverall very happy and does the job

Accurate, easy to use and very quick to give weights. Came well packaged and has done the job a few hundred times more without a second thought. Exactly what you want in a product like this.Bit expensive which is why it doesn't get a full 5 stars.

these are an ideal scale to use for calculating postage costs..or if you want very precise & accurate measurements...consistant results...& true to calibrated royal mail scales..well worth the money

Well made and I'm confident in the accuracy of the weight. It is for up to 10KG, Dymo website says 10Lb (4.5KG) but the M10 is 10KG and not as described on Dymo website.

A nice compact size and it works exactly as you would expect to weigh letters, large letters and small packages. It is perfect in a home or small office environment.

Excellent product I use this on my Louis Vuitton handbags as it will clean and condition without darkening the Vachetta and can be used on the canvas too! 5 ⭐️

Just the postal scale I've been looking for. Neat, compact and very accurate. Highly recommended for home postage weighing and small business purposes

We got these to use in our small office, really great price and simple to use. I trust Dymo as I know it is a well known brand.

Quite simply, they work. Nice to be able to plug them into the computer for weights that need to be recorded.

I already own one of these for ebaying , bought my dad one for his birthday as he is a big ebayer as well.

Good quality build - a solid feel to it. It looks like it will be reliable. It is easy to use.
