I bought and recieved these tyres with in a matter of days. They are brand new. They have the despatch sticker indicating information about the tyre.The tyre also comes with the colour lines indicating that they are new, also i would like to include this is the best price I could find anywhere. The tyres I recieved were dated "0917" meaning they were manufactured in september 2017.The are best price you will get.

I tried these out last June 2018 and have covered 120 000 miles on the rear and they still have 3mm left. A strong grip tyre and low noise levels. Will buy again once the set needs replacing
