I use the rim on my Ebike and I am very satisfied. The rim is high quality and sufficiently rigid to be able to be used even in rough terrain. A Shimano and a Sram XD freewheel are included with the rim. I am currently driving a SRAM NX cassette (11-50) with the Shimano freewheel, but I will replace it with a higher quality cassette and mount the XD freewheel. The noise of the freewheel is pleasantly restrained and the number of locking points (ratched system) is just sufficient. However, maintenance kits are available with a higher number of locking points.
