I paid around £35 for this item. If you want a Jigsaw that does the job around the house then this is fine. I feel I have a good degree of control when handling it.I think for the price having the 45degree angle cut and the metal alignment ruler thingy are excellent.I don't really like the way the blades fit into the vice thingy, just doesn't seem secure. But on use, it's actually fine. It is noisy and gets noisier when upping the speed/power but I guess all these things are, give or take a few decibels.I used it for drilling through laminate floorboards 6/7mm thick with an appropriate Bosch jigsaw blade,

Bought this for a back up to using the band saw or mitre saw and table saw. For the money it has great features, with an LED working light (which is really bright), and adjustable plate angle, and variable speed, for the money it is a sturdy, reliable piece of kit. Have cut out templates and straight rips and no problem mechanically. However the screws on the plate keep working themselves loose, and this can happen too with the screws for the guide. The guide is just a bent piece of metal, so not too sturdy. Bought new blades for it and this improves its accuracy, and quality. Changing blades is easy, and so far so good. You won't get too much better for the money.

I am very pleased with this jigsaw. In the short time I've had it, I've worked on wood of various thicknesses and plastic windowsills. It has performed better than I expected for a jigsaw at such a reasonable price.

This is a very good product from a respected manufacturer, a good price,fast delivery,will certainly buy other products in the near future.

Well it is a jigsaw and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Feels sturdy and does the job well.
