I myself am a Dragonball Z fan and I played the demo of this over the xbox live marketplace and well it doesn't give much insight in the demo as you only have 3 characters to choose from and 1 level however I was impressed none the less with the graphics and also when you have a character that has the ability to transform like Goku when he transforms into a Super Sayain you can see his reaction while he transforms which I thought was pretty cool. There is some elements to the game that resemble the Budokai Tenkaichi series but I still prefere Tenkaichi itself but if you don't own a PS2 then you won't have much of a choice. But I did my research on it and checked out some gameplay trailers on different websites and I would defo give it the thumbs up so far,so if your a fan of the series then buy it and even if your wanting to try out a different kind of fighting game compared to the likes of Tekken or Soul Caliber then go for this too!If I had to be negative about it then I really wish that Atari would throw in some Bruce Faulconer Music in there for the American and british fans in the cut scene's instead of the random anoying Music that Atari done themselves in Japan because it doesn't sound as good for us thats not the composing that we were used to in the series. Can't an American Atari headquaters make a deal with the one based in Japan seems that they let the American actors do the Voice overs for us English speakers?

Ok to begin i am a massive dragonball fan, i have played all the games from the first budokai onward and this is disapointing. The story is the same as always covering the sagas and a few what ifs. The online is good with a high level of character customisation and a good variety of match types. The museum is good for anybody who is unfamiliar with the story or the finer details of the story. Content wise its good value for money there is a lot to do in it, on and offline which is good. Graphically its good the environments are nice and large and the characters look essentailly the same as they do in the anime. On the bad side the game controls aren't great, the controls in the older tenkaichi games were great and the developers should of used them as the template for this game. The camera also gives a lot of bother very often not keeping up with the battle or your character going into a corner and you can't see whats going on. Overall its quite good but not as good as it should of been. In my opinion this should of been at least as good as the older tenkaichi games, but it isn't. I would only really recommend it to a dragonball fan, otherwise i think people would be very disapointed with it.

Okay,Dont expect this to be BurstLimit 2 because Atari and Dimps (the producers of BL) have lost the rights to dragonball/z/gt and bandainamco and spike are the new producers! This means that the game has gone back to the style of Budokai Tenkaichi 3 that came out on the Wii and PS2.the graphics are absolutely amazing! it looks like the anime in 3d. animation is smooth. the story follows the traditional story of DBZ and includes a vast amount of What If scenes to enjoy! character wise it has all the main characters from the story which is good because in Budokai Tenkaichi 3 included characters like Frieza Soldier which is just stupid.there are two new characters which are fun to use.these are Super Sayain 3 Vegeta and Legendary Super Sayain 3 Broly. If you like DBZ buy this!

When I first played this game I found it very difficult as I was used to playing Dragon Ball: Burst Limit. Raging Blast plays much quicker, there are great extra features with several different modes to play through and character customisation, which I haven't quite figured out. The transformations are more complicated to achieve than Burst Limit but the graphics are far superior and the Special Moves are far easier.

great fun to play, if your a fan of dragonball then it captures the show well and youll love it, does get quite repetitive after a while as theres not much variation with diffrent characters moves, tho it doesnt stop the game being alot of fun. any dragonball fan will enjoy this game.

I really enjoyed playing this game and i dont regret spending money on it. But it was a step back coz there is less characters in comparison with BT3. The camera is also being a problem sometimes. But it still a good game !!!

Raging Blast is a good game however... the gameplay seems just a tad off compared to past Dragon Ball Z games.
