a very acceptable and refreshing coffee which reminds me of a number of French blends. Tasty and somewhat darker flavoured than the Morning Americano blend; ever so slightly more bitter.Douwe Egberts describe it as aromatic and uncomplicated which covers it quite well.I've recently been able to supermarket purchase these at around £3 per pack (long may it continue) which makes them excellent value for money.Worth a try and definitely preferable to the D-E medium roast which I find barely tolerable.It's 'medium to full' bodied I would suggest rather than 'full' as claimed. It's certainly not as heavy as some Italian espresso blends. An acceptable daytime coffee.

I love my senseo coffee machine, but the first pods I ever got were amazon brand, so I wanted to see if I get the original ones I will see a big difference. Unfortunately I didn’t. There might be a slight better taste but honestly I am not sure if it not my mind playing tricks as the pods look a bit better. On top of that comparing to the price I pay for the amazon branded ones I get almost twice as much for the similar price. I will try a bit stronger pods from senseo brand, as I like my coffee strong, to see if there is a major difference, but these ones are missing for me that special something. They are still good though for sure, just not better

My poor Senseo machine is about 15 years old now and desperately needs replacing, such a shame they no longer sell them in this country as it really does make the best coffee of all the home coffee machines. I honestly prefer my Senseo coffee to Costa anyday and it's a lot cheaper! These are my favourite everyday pods for a lovely big mug of delicious coffee, and seeing as all my local supermarkets have now stopped stocking the pods same-day delivery is a fantastic, easy way of getting them. Dreading the day when my coffee machine finally busts...?

Keeps us topped up with our favourite coffee and always delivered on time and with a saving over supermarket prices.Price fluctuates but it's always cheaper and is the genuine product.We like a good strong coffee and this is fairly close to espresso strength and is plenty strong enough, full-bodied but not bitter.Have also tried and enjoyed the extra dark but it's a little too strong for a regular cuppa, other blends in the Senseo range are good too (especially the flavoured ones, eg. vanilla) but the dark roast is our absolute favourite.

This is the only way I can buy my mug size coffee pods these days now the supermarkets seem to be no longer stocking them. The 5 pack offer is good value.The only reason its not 5 stars is because there is usually a couple of broken pods within the 5 packs. TIP if this happens place the remaining pods in a sieve and shake to separate the loose granules from the remaining pods so they don't clog up the Senseo machine filter. Even so, the 5 pack deal of 18 mug size pods is good value.

Now I have to come clean I do not drink Coffee or tea for that matter but my husband does. He really loves Douwe Egberts Senseo All day Coffee. So as a treat for him I bought five packs. We have some of another brand left so he never knows which coffee he will be getting in the morning. I can honestly say when I take him the Douwe Egberts Senseo, we have a much better start to the day. I know we will not be going back to the other brand.

I recently bought a new Senseo machine to replace an old one I had had for years. This machine is much easier to use than the old one and I now only make this coffee as opposed to instant.Buying the pods via subscribe and save is so easy. I don't run out now! I even have a special 'Senseo tin' especially for them.I prefer the dark roast flavour as I like to be able to taste my coffee...there are other flavours but this is my favourite.

Same price / slightly cheaper than in stores. Convenience wins this one though with Amazon delivery to your door instead of wandering through 4 different grocery stores attempting (and failing) to find stock of this item.Regarding the taste of the coffee, however, you cannot beat the luxurious smoothness of a great cup Douwe Egberts Senseo, with most visitors and friends commenting on the lovely taste of this particular brand.

I used to purchase this coffee for my Senseo coffee machine for £4 per pack of 20. When it was discontinued from the supermarket chains, I looked to the internet. This is a really nice coffee. I'd like to try other types but this seems the best value, especially as is on offer for under £20 at the moment. I tried one of the cheaper alternative brands, but I prefer this as it does not have a bitter aftertaste, in my opinion.

Great taste. Easy to make. You can stack your pods for one or two cups of joe. I prefer two pods so I can make two cups of coffee, one for myself and for my husband at the same time. Senseo coffee makers are also great. Love Senseo products. This product is great for the price. Highly recommended. Strong coffee, gives you a good kick in the bum in the morning to get you moving before heading to work.

Now owning a dualit coffee machine, which does ground/ pods &these senseo pads that fits the double or single holder perfectly (single holder the better one) I personally prefer the darker roast, but it's a matter of fine taste.They are so easy to use & can go in the recycle food waste too.i function the machine on Americano setting & get a lovely frothy 3/4 mug of hot full flavoured coffee

I love this coffee. I take it on the morning as it is quite strong.It is full of flavour. It is tasty enough so I don't even need to add sugar or milk with it.When I buy cheaper coffee, I sometimes have to add a bit of sweetener or milk to drink it more easily.These are single pods meaning they make a short coffee. If you want it long you can use 2 at the same time though.

Finally arrived, I moved within the same area and the product went to the old address. I emailed and amended the error and they came within a couple of days.I don't usually buy this particular flavour and I will when they are finished buy the usual flavour, as I am not into the taste of this one. That said I am happy with the service and price I paid.hat

I ordered this product to be delivered for my elderly mother who was frequently running out of this coffee that she loves. Frequent illness caused this situation, and the delivery, was exactly as contracted. This also included a very good price with free delivery. This was really a no-brainer decision and is an excellent provision by Amazon.

Good flavour but for my 10 yr old machine these double size pods seem not to have quite enough coffee in them so there is no colour at first as I think it is leaking round the edge. Now I switch off after 2 secs, then on again. The coffee by then has swelled, the colour is nice and dark and all the flavour is extracted by the end.
