I wanted an 'entry level' pair of binoculars for occasional bird watching for not too much money . Took them for a quick test run to my local lake this afternoon and am very happy. Not too heavy, the grip is comfortable and easy to handle even with gloves on. Very easy to focus and great eyepiece extension for anyone wearing glasses. Much better quality than I was expecting with sharp magnification. In the past I have owned expensive binoculars that didn't work as well as these do, so I am delighted with my purchase.
