The saw actually arrived well in advance of the initial delivery date and at the original price, even though it was being advertised at a higher price at the time of delivery. I had it unboxed and cutting bits out of dome Dexion angle iron at the earliest opportunity. Couple of minor points regarding the carry case.1) It would be useful to have a facility for storing spare blades within the case.2) Ditto for the removeable soft shoeI'd also have appreciated some holes pre-drilled in the metal base for mounting the saw on auxiliary items (e.g. my circle-cutting accessory which I use with a router and could also use with my previous jigsaw.)

Best jig saw I've used, it's just a shame that like all the battery tools etc. that the batteries are greatly overpriced. that is why some people become Billionaires, wont mention any names.The Jig Saw also doesn't come with a fence guide but the Dewalt DE 324 Fence fits perfectly. I had to initially tap it gently until it went right through and then it slid in and out easily.

Not as powerful as my older Bosch 240 volt machine but is a lot easier to use. Comes with a dust collection chute that clips into place which works well when attached to a vacuum. However the carry box will not house a charger and this dust collector, no room for both. Bad design.

iv used festool, bosch professional and makita and this is in my eyes and my colleagues eyes better than all of them we all much prefer this jigsaw to all the others. i put a 6ah flex volt battery in and it runs all day when fitting bedrooms

The speed feature on the jigsaw is good to have. Really comfortable to use and seems like a good solid bit of kit. I use mine to cut all sorts of metal on a daily basis and has not let me down.

Brilliant jigsaw very precise cut if you use the right blades.. plenty of torque when cutting but do recommenced a minimum 5ah battery for longer use but over all it’s highly recommend!!

Better than the 331 - not just because it is brushless, but smoother, has variable speed, built in lighting and a superb dust extraction system. Worth the extra.

Fantastic jigsaw, I make and fit Furnitute for a living and I would highly recommend, if you register with dewalt you get a 3 year guarantee, what’s not to love?

Superb quality, my 18v deWalt battery lasts forever, I used deWalt blades and they cut like a hot knife through butter, highly recommended

This is an upgrade from the older style Dewalt jigsaw , it is much more accurate and smooth and also has the adjustable speed control

A lot more powerful and smooth cut compared to older model. Worth paying extra for. Had to buy new, scum stole my tools.

Powerful, lightweight jigsaw, lights are very helpful. A bit longer delivery time then expected.
