I was sceptical at first but I followed the instructions that came with the pan, and every time I use it - it gets more and more non stick. Easy to clean, I just wipe it down with a paper towel straight after cooking, then warm soapy water once it’s cooled down. I use an induction job, and I’ve noticed I’m cooking at much lower temperatures as it’s so conductive. I swear food tastes better out this pan, you fry chicken breasts and then whack them straight in the oven in the pan - it’s brilliant. Perfect eggs every morning! I’m a bit obsessed with the pan now.

I spent ages researching frying pans before finally buying this product - and I am so glad I did. It has a good heavy base and gives a good even heat all round. It can be used at high heat without food sticking to it and, on the odd occasion that something does stick to it, you just give it a good scrub without fear of damaging it.

You need to have patience while seasoning the pan. I can now cook everything without it sticking
