The daughter of the German Chancellor goes missing along with her bodyguard while walking in the Black Forest. You play the part of the detective whose job it is to find them, and you soon find yourself becoming being drawn into a local myth about a cursed prince who is apparently responsible for many such disappearances.A great mixture of hidden object screens (in which, as in the first game of the series, you put together the pieces of necessary items), finding and working out what to do with various objects, and puzzle-solving. The puzzles are for the most part very simple, though I had to skip the last one, rather to my embarrassment.The images are excellent and the story is very engaging.

I chose this game as I wanted something to play together with my kids (boys, 8 and 11) which would challenge the grey matter a little and this was perfect. Very atmospheric, great graphics and music and story line to pull you in. I only didn't give it 5 stars because a few of the puzzles involve trial and error to the point where it was no longer enjoyable...I really struggled to get one of the items in a pond with a fishing net for example. Otherwise very happy with the game. Not a lot to pay for many hours of entertainment. I like to play it on the laptop connected to the TV so we can get really immersed in it.

Just become interested in these hidden games and so pleased that one of my purchases was for this particular game. The graphics are top notch and the storyline is interesting. Looking at the credits for this game, I see it was produced in Japan which probably explains why the graphics are so good. You won't be disappointed to buy this for the female in the family. Based on Snow White fable but that should not deter an older person playing it.

Dark Parables 2 is a much more involved and entertaining game than the first one.The plot is fairly obvious but the challenges and puzzles are quite complex and very enjoyable. The scenery is well executed and the whole thing is quite a twist on the original Fairy Tale on the Frog Prince.Overall a good game.

this is an excellant game, following in the footsteps of "dark parables brier rose" good story,music and graphics,will definately be playing this game over and over. can,t wait for "dark parables 3 " if it,s as good as "dark parables" 1 & 2.

i love playing hidden object games and this 1 was 1 of my best 1 i have ever played the graphic was brilliant the story was brilliant it went on for hours i'am glad to say i enjoyed it so much i played it twice

As expected from the description. Perhaps a little bit too much "pick up a piece here to use at opposite side of game" - would be helped by being able to move from place to place quicker. Overall enjoyable.

Good game - keeps one well occupied and great to have the second "Collector's" game. Still not a patch on The Thirteenth Skull though - I await another game like that one with its intricate puzzles!

Enjoyable game. Interesting to play with good graphics. I enjoyed solving the puzzles - some easier than others and I would have like for the game to have lasted longer.

Absolutely Brilliant Game as was the first one "Curse of Briar Rose", The Exiled Prince is stunning graphics and a very good game for keeping the old brain in check.

Good game in the collectors editions.Good game play, hints when needed (try not to use) good graphics and reasonable length with the usual decent length bonus play.

As always, these hidden object games from BigFish Games are excellent and this one is no exception. I can't really fault it, hours of fun and head scratching.

This sequel lived up to the promise of the series. Great story, enjoyable gameplay, and beatifully rendered. Finally, a sequel that is worth buying.

Excellent. Interesting twist on an old story, good graphics, lots to keep the brain going. Kept me quiet and occupied for a good while.

This is the best hidden object game I've tried so far. Its kept me occupied every lunch time for a week. Absolutely terrific.
