Great recipes included with a fantastic stoneware versatile pot that is ovenproof. The hinged lid is great for serving but if you want to serve the pot on the table the lid needs to be removed first and then the stoneware pot. The digital timer is fantastic for setting the slow cooker and is making my dreaded dinner times much more easier and tastier. I spend about 20mins prepping my recipe and the placing it in the pot and the leave it to do it’s magic! An absolute necessity in the kitchen!

Just what I wanted - a crockpot with a proper, heavy, ceramic bowl!! I’ve had one with the ability to sear in the same dish but they’re just not the same. Note that this is circular and the bowl is BIG - many slow cookers say a capacity then a working capacity which can often be a lot less - this is big and has to be at least half full so it makes a lot of food - which is fine for me - the freezer is well stocked. Low is hotter than I’d expected so worth checking - the lid is great - very happy

I love this purchase. It is a great size for preparing meal for 3-4 people. Although not just meals - it can also make hot chocolate, mulled wine, desserts....!!The crockpot is so easy to use as long as I dont forget to put on the timer, which I did the second time I used it! But even then, the meal was perfectly edible, just a bit softer than intended! My favourite recipe so far is Thai chicken soup dish which was just delicious. Flavours really hold their own when cooked in a slow-cooker.

What a God send to be able to have this heated pot do all the hard work of cooking for us. So far, we've enjoyed pulled pork, 3 bean chilli, various curries and chicken chasseur with only the veg prep to do. Just bung everything in and switch it on.. It self seals, keeping all the moisture (and smells) contained also. Very pleased and a great size for a family of four. The timer cannot be set to come on later unfortunately. It can only be timed on when to go into keep warm mode after cooking.

Only had Crock-Pot couple of weeks but each time I've used it I can't understand why I've not had one before! Product is brilliant but unfortunately cannot say the same for the booklet that comes with it, which only has very basic instructions and a few recipes, would be great if it contained some helpful hints and tips and a few more 'different' recipes. There are thousands of varied recipes on the internet but it would have been good to have more in the booklet when first using the product.

Cons: Rubber seal on lid retains smell of food, but it does create a good seal. Controls really need redesigning. Can't be seen from above, you have to bend down in line with the control panel to see it. Pot is round, NOT OBLONG. Couldn't find one from this brand with same contents size. Pros: Lid's a good idea (you need room to open under a kitchen unit). Switches to warm automatically when finished, produced well-cooked food. Stands firmly. Overall does the job, didn't break the bank.

I think my new crockpot is great. It's simple to use with the digital display and it's counts down the cooking time so you're not unsure. The lid does get covered in steam obviously so it's not easy to see through but does stop me being tempted to lift the lid and therefore lose heat. It cleans really easy. It would help if the power cord was longer and ideally I'd like to be able to use the bowl insert on the hob to reduce sauces quicker but I knew that I couldn't before I bought this.

I was really pleased with the simplicity of building this item, it literally took seconds to put together but the cooker is very sturdy and looks very nice. The operation of the cooker is also very good, the buttons are simple and there is a good range of settings and temperatures. I have a busy family so this cooker is perfect for making life easier, I have been able to throw in my ingredients and not had to take time to be cooking for hours which is aided by the keep warm setting.

I have used the slow cooker a lot since I received it so here are my list of pros and cons.Pros-Great size of pot and easily cleaned- It has the digital display and clicks on to the warm function once cooked.- You can transfer it in to the oven to finish anything off.- Its neat for storageNegatives- In order to see what setting you are on you need to bend down to be level with it to view this.-The lid has to come off in order for the pot to be taken in and out.

I wanted to get a slow cooker to help take some of the stress out of working full time and trying to get a decent dinner ready for my children without it taking extra time in the evening after I got home.You can set the timer to the number of hours you need it to cook for and then it switches automatically to the keep warm function which is great. So far we have cooked whole chicken, gammon, jacket potatoes, dahl and stew all with great results. Would definitely recommend.

Bought it, but was not really sure about slow cooking (never had pot like that). One dish cooked and I was amazed: food is delicious. It has easy to clean ceramic internal bit and detachable cover. Nice and easy. (dishwasher friendly) Was slightly worried of bill - cooking for couple of hours using electricity, I thought would cost fortune - NOT TRUE! Got my fresh new smart meter - this pot is not a money eater. This pot is well worth every penny spent. No negatives.

Been debating getting a slower cooker for a long time and the Crock-Pot brand came highly recommended, so after some research went for this one. I've used it once so far and it works great, clear display and easy to use. The inner pot seems to have stained already though. The outer part of the cooker is quite light in weight so easy to move. The capacity is great to feed 4 people or even 6. Looking forward to making boozy hot chocolate and mulled wine later in the year.

I though that this slow cooker would be a bit bulky but despite the decent 4.7L internal pot the unit is smaller than I imagined.It will take some time for me to get used to a slow cooker but it is relatively easy to use with its clear controls.At my first attempt I filled it over the recommended level but nothing adverse happened and the beef came out soft and succulent.It has replaced all of my old Pyrex dishes. I love it and wish that I’d bought one years ago.

I have an original crockpot and this beats it hands down. It is an excellent size for a family meal and has some very good features. It has a digital timer which is easy to use and also a keep warm function. But the best feature by far is the lid. Which is hinged and drops into a slot for easy removal but also lifts up on its hinges so there is no need to take it off and hold it. The lid also has a rubber seal which helps it to retain it moisture.

Fantastic size for a large family.Easy to use digital controls,I also loved the keep warm function option.With a hinged lid that has a rubber seal , So no moisture is lost whilst cooking.Also a great feature is that the lid can either be lifted up or removed,so also easy to clean.Cooked the food evenly and thoughly and super looking Crock pot too.A well thought out crockpot that is so easy to use and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
