An excellent slow cooker with a small footprint in your kitchen, it is smart, functional and very simple to use.It has 3 settings with an all day setting [very low and slow], a 4-6 hour setting plus keeping warm. It is incredibly easy to use - brown then add all the ingredients into the pot and add a small amount of stock then away you go. My son is heading off to university in the autumn and this will be an ideal size for either a very big portion [!!] or two meals, one to eat and one to freeze.The crock-pot can be removed and put in the oven [handy if you added to much liquid and want to reduce it] plus it is dishwasher friendly and that is always a bonus.

I don't very often write reviews, but in this particular case, I just had to. This little gadget has changed the way I eat, massively cut down on my spending and honestly, in hindsight I wish I'd gotten the bigger option.It's just so convenient. I used to spend so much money on takeaways because I couldn't be bothered cooking after a long day. The crock pot means I just throw in the ingredients in the morning and don't have to worry about dinner anymore. It's also made me start freezing extra portions, hence why I wish I'd gone for a slightly bigger option. But I can't fault this wonderful little machine, it has saved me money and time and given me back the joy of homecooked meals.

I’ve never had a slow cooker before so can’t compare with another, anyway I made a beef casserole in it the first time and wasn’t too impressed as it seemed to be just tepid all day, but was surprised when 6 hours later it was cooked but still tepid warm. The second time I made a beef stew, it was in 6 hours and the tiny chantanay carrots were rock hard also the shallots, I ended up having to pour the contents into a large pan and boil it up. There are 3 settings on it and was on high all day. It would be ok for a spaghetti bolognese but it’s not good for shallots and carrots. Size wise it’s great for two people and price is good value.

You can’t get better for the price! Works just as well as units three times the price. I bought it to slow cook black garlic for 30 days, which more expensive models just can’t do. It cooks other foods perfectly and comes with clear instructions for slow cooking and a few recipes to try out. It can vent the steam gently during cooking so can’t understand the muppet who returned it because they didn’t think the lid was tight enough (use a cloth comes to mind) and spoilt high ratings from everyone else. We use this a lot now because it’s so easy, works well and was cheap enough to try it. Arrived very quickly indeed and well packed.

I have had Morphy Richards slow cookers for years but after the last one died I decided on a change. Only me and hubby at home now so wanted a smaller one. I bought this on a recommendation of a friend, really glad I did. This one can actually do 4 adult portions rather than the 2 portions I initially thought. The keep warm setting is brilliant as this cooks quicker than my old one. Sits on the work top all the time and is used 4 or 5 times a week. Well worth the money and seriously considering buying a bigger one for family gatherings.

decent , probably suffient sized for 2, or 3x hungry-folks ; may be more at a push so to speak.Also, decent for one ; happy with purchase (6x weeks or so ago at time of writing )-appears well produced, packaged, functions as expected-not massive.; Minor gripe is prefer earthenwear lid , however, not-making manufacturers appear to produce slowcookers with a solid lid ..(I think it would jus make for handy oven use with regards the earthenware pot shipped with crockpots , should needs-be )

This is the 3rd one we've bought for family and friends.Cooks perfect on high and low. So easy to clean, a quick soak and it just wipes away. The lid doesn't rattle and spit out steam like my old crockpot.Can recommend the rice pudding in the booklet. So much better then cooked in the oven. The rice literally doubles in size!Can highly recommend purchase.

This is an excellent little slow cooker. This was my first time using one. I made a very delicious lamb stew & dumplings which were heartily enjoyed by myself & my partner. It made enough for three meals. More than capacious enough for 2 adults.Its going to get a lot of use. Great price, feels very well made. It just works. Wonderful!Happy cooking ?

High heat setting doesn't function. I've used multiple plug sockets to ensure it's not a power issue but it will not heat above a lukewarm to the touch. Low and Medium settings work fine.##Update: I'm an idiot. It has a low and a high setting. Third setting (one to the very right) is to keep food warm & isn't for cooking.,

Great little slow cooker! Even though I bought this jntended to be big enough just for one person, I can get several meals worth in this. It stores neatly in my draw. I really like the keep warm function and how easy it is to use. It’s also really easy to clean which is a bonus!

Super, little pot. Easy to follow instructions and good little recipe book. Does exactly what it says in advertisement. Great to be able to go out to work or for the day and return to a tasty meal all ready to serve.

Got bought this for Christmas, and absolutely love it, great for if you're on your own, or a couple. Makes cooking so easy, can leave it while I go to work or overnight. Washes beautifully, easy to use, cannot fault!

This is a fantastic little slow cooker, have used it at least twice a week since buying and all the meals have been amazing, cooks beautifully and so easy to use and clean afterwards.

It's perfect, leave it on low setting leaving for college..when return in evening. All cooked and ready to eat. The little cook book included has nice recipes too.

Bought this thinking I would use it lot more than I actually do. Most recipes(meat) require pre-cooking before going in the pot so doesn't make life much easier.
